Simon's P.O.V
I quickly turned around and did a scan of the store.
Clothes? No.
Shoes? No.
Change rooms? No!
Where did he go?
"Boys." I said, making them all look up at me. "Stay here."
"Why?" Harry asked, scrunching his face up in confusion.
"You're idiotic band mate, Louis, decided that he would go ahead and leave without telling anyone." I said, frustrated with Louis.
They just shrugged, probably trying not to anger me further.
I took a deep breath, calming down.
"Just try to keep shopping, okay? But make sure that you stay here." I said, making it very clear that they needed to stay put.
I then quickly left the store, deciding to head right first.
I stepped into Old Navy and began quickly searching around.
The thing that frustrated me the most is that this mall is huge.
This is going to take a while.
Louis's P.O.V
My eyes widened and I quickly started panicking.
I turned around and started speed-walking the way I came from. Well, at least the way I think I came from.
Booster Juice? Yup, I definitely pasted that... Or was that Orange Julius?
I second guessed myself, deciding to go the other way.
After three minutes of walking around in different directions, I REALLY started panicking. My eyes began watering and my breathing started becoming in short gasps. All I could think about was one time when I was little, maybe around six, I wandered away from my parents at Disney Land and I was lost for about an hour.
I stopped for a minute, trying to calm myself down. I took some deep breaths, telling myself that one, I wasn't six years old, I'm twenty-one, and two, this place wasn't nearly as big as Disney Land, or as crowded.
I made the decision to keep going the way that I had been, hoping that I would somehow run into them.
'This will be just fine.' I told myself, smiling. 'I just have to stay calm, and then eventfully I'll find them.'
Yeah Right.
It's been twenty minutes of me being calm, and yet I'm still searching for them.
I sighed, trying to keep my breathing at a normal rate.
'What if they forgot me and left?' I thought, and even though I knew the likelihood of that happening was very low, it still made me freak out.
Before I knew it I was crying and blindly running around. I had been refraining from calling for Simon, simply because I didn't want to sound like I was scared, or relied on him, but now I was panting am scared, and I do need him.
"Simon." After no response I decided to try being louder.
"Simon!" Still nothing.
"SIMON!" I finally screamed as I stopped running in order to catch my breath.
Simon's P.O.V
I have been searching for him for fourty minutes, and still there's been no sight of him. I have searched twelve stores from head to toe, and I have still not seen him. To say I was worried would be an understatement.
Eric had never gotten lost before, so I wasn't really sure how to deal with this situation, other than just to walk around and hope that I found him.
I could have sworn that I heard something coming from outside the store that I was checking. A second later I heard it again, but louder.
I quickly left the store, only to hear my name yelled VERY loudly.
I sprung around, my eyes instantly landing on a small some one, back facing towards me.
"Louis!" I called out, relief flooding through me, only for it to be replaced my rage a not a second later.
He turned around and ran towards me. Just as I was about to tell him off, he wrapped his arms around my legs and started sobbing into my jeans.
I was surprised for a moment, however I quickly recovered, bending down and swiftly lifting him into my arms.
He placed his head on my shoulder and kept on crying, to which I just gently patted his back, reassuring him every now and then.
A few minutes later and he was silent.
"Louis?" I asked quietly, gently pulling him away from me a bit.
I looked down and smiled slightly, because it seemed that Louis had warn himself out, and was now asleep on my shoulder. However the smile was quickly wiped off my face when I remembered the three other children that I had left in GAP.
I quickly walked back over to the GAP store, silently praying that they had listened and stayed put.
I entered the store and saw that they weren't at the front where I had left them. I frowned, walking in further. I kept walking till I got to the back, and what I saw shocked me.
Niall, Harry, and Liam were all in the kids section, playing with toys.
Liam was placing train tracks on the carpet while Niall and Harry guided little trains across them.
I cleared my throat, making them snap around and stare at me with wide eyes. Liam was the first to react, blushing bright red and quickly stepping away from the train set, closely followed by Harry and Niall.
I chuckled at their beet red faces, which made Louis stir, however he remained asleep.
"Do you have everything?" I asked, to which they just nodded.
I smiled, leading them towards the cash register. I paid for their shoes and clothes, also deciding to buy the train set that they seemed so reluctant to leave.
Even thought we had more shopping to do, no one seemed up for it so I decided just to leave.
This has been one heck of a day.
