It was already past noon when Natsu woke up. He looked around to find Gray cuddling beside him, and a smell was Natsu didn't recognize in the room. Well, at least he was in his own bed in his own house.
                          
Natsu grabbed Gray's arm and pulled it away from himself. Even though he loved having Gray's arm around him like that, he needed some space. 
                          
Nah, he just had to get up to pee.
                          
Natsu could hear Gray making tired don't-touch-me-I'm-tired noises and he smiled. He didn't exactly blame him. Fun night, not so fun morning.
                          
He was feeling oddly awake even though he just woke up, and decided to play a little prank on Gray. Wouldn't it be fun to put a little fire in that face just to wake the ice mage up? Yeah, Natsu liked the idea.
                          
But first, he had to pee.
                          
Sadly, when Natsu came back into the room, Gray was sitting up in the bed, scratching his head.
                          
"Damn Natsu," Gray said, and yawned. "I both love and hate how long Happy stayed out last night."
                          
Natsu was feeling it too. He walked to the bed and lay down, close to Gray.
                          
"Gray, I thought we were supposed to go easy yesterday."
                          
"I don't think we did. But I'm fine with that."
                          
Natsu smiled and kissed Gray.
                          
"Let's change subject. Happy's here."
                          
Gray nodded.
                          
They went up, put on some clothes, went to get breakfast. They sat down at the table to eat. Happy also came and grabbed a fish.
                          
"So... what are we doing today?" Natsu asked curiously.
                          
"First, we're going to the guild."
                          
"Okay, we are. After that?"
                          
Happy entered the conversation. "After that you're hanging out with me. We haven't hung out just you and me in too long."
                          
Gray laughed. 
                          
"Okay then," he said and took another bite of his breakfast.

The couple arrived to the guild at 1.30, and today people were excited to hear what had happened on the date. 
                          
The news of them dating had arrived to Loke, who had come to congratulate them.
                          
"Gray, Natsu, I've heard everything already. How did this happen?" Loke said and looked at Gray and Natsu's twinned hands.
                          
"I'm not sure myself, but... I'm completely okay with it." Gray said and smiled.
                          
"Well, as long as you're happy, I'm happy. But Gray, you have to go easy on him, we don't want him motion sick riding you," Loke said and winked.
                          
"Oh, can't promise anything." Gray said mysteriously. "But he'll have such a good time he won't even have time to feel sick." Then he whispered. "Natsu do not throw up on me."
                          
Loke laughed and left the couple. Natsu smiled at Gray, and then he left to talk to Lisanna and Elfman.
                          
Gray went to the request board, hoping to find something doable. He felt like going alone, but only for a few days.
                          
Gray didn't know where this feeling of being by himself came from, but he hoped Natsu would understand.
                          
He found one that wasn't too difficult, but it would give him some money - something about a person breaking into a house somewhere.
                          
He ripped down the request and went to show it to Mira, and at the same time talk to Natsu, and tell Erza where he was going.
                          
"Gray," Erza said when Gray told her he was going alone, "I have a bad feeling about this. Don't get hurt, and try to finish fast. Or else Natsu will get really worried."
                          
"I know. I'll be careful, okay. I just have to say bye to Natsu."
                          
"I'm serious. He really cares for you."
                          
"I care too, I wouldn't just die on him."
                          
Erza sighed as she saw Natsu walking to Gray, and when he saw the request in the ice mage's hand he looked confused.
                          
"Gray, where are you going?"
                          
"On a mission."
                          
"Alone?"
                          
"Yeah."
                          
Natsu put his arms around Gray's neck and kissed him. When they pulled away, Natsu looked at Gray once again.
                          
"When are you coming back?"
                          
"I'll be away for a couple days. Don't miss me too much, I'll be missing you enough for both of us."
                          
"I'll miss you too."
                          
"I have to leave now," Gray said, as he grabbed his jacket and walked to the doors. "See you in a couple days."
                          
"Be careful, please. I don't want to lose you, we've just started."
                          
"I'll be extremely careful, I swear."
                          
And then, Gray walked out of the guild and Natsu started to wait for him to come back.
