Chapter 35

                                    

                                          
*Akashi's POV*
                          
We all trust our loved ones in a battle for their life on their own right? Maybe. At least for me.. no. Tetsuya was fighting for TWO lives right now. I should be helping since I'm the husband, I should protect my family. But since Tetsuya said that it was his own battle, something struck me and I let him battle this crazy bitch.
                          
Now, I know that should be doing something.. anything... well, I'm just watching them to be completely honest. If something went wrong, I would be the backup. So I can't mess up. I let the scene unfold before me. Tetsuya had this fierce look in his eyes that screamed out, 'Come at me with all you got. I won't lose.' I wanted to push him to the side and do my job so much since the battle began between them.
                          
Tetsuya had his eyes shut, but his lips were muttering something I could not make out. His hands that were pressed together in front of his face-had fallen back to his sides. Ice particles began sweeping out of his hands as he kept muttering words. While he was doing whatever he was doing... 
                          
Yukinko, on the other side of him, was looking like a demon, literally. Her eyes had no pupils... it was pure ice blue, her mouth had jagged razored sharp teeth whenever she opened her mouth, her arms had these black ancient markings, her hands looked like they were stretched out forcibly, her nails were long and sharp. Again with Ice particles oozing out of her palms, surrounding both of her monstrous hands.
                          
She looked exactly like the old demons back in the olden days. Her legs were shaped oddly, like hooves.. But instead of horse-like hooves, they were shaped like an alligators toe. 3 toes, attached to a hoof. Her hair was wack. The hair was every where, like there was no gravity to keep it down straight. 
                          
She glared heavily at Tetsuya, every look she took, she let out a deep breath. Like she was hyperventilating. Tetsuya seemed unfazed by her image, unlike me. I had never seen such thing in my life before. This was a new experience for me, I wanted to battle her.. I wanted to defeat this olden day demon. 
                          
By now Tetsuya had already began using his spell. I'm not sure how this would work.. Since it was ice against ice. Would it not just benefit the other ice? Maybe? Tetsuya whispered a spell and in a second, Yukinko was in a ice cage. She struggled to escape for some unknown reason.
                          
"Missa pluvia glacies.." Is all I heard from Tetsuya's mouth. I repeat the words he had said and it rolls off my tongue smoothly, "Rain Ice Dance..." I suddenly frantically looked at Tetsuya, for some reason. 
                          
2 fans appeared in his hands, on the fans were pictures that told a story. He began to dance as he sang a Latin melody. Snow began to fall as he kept dancing. Yukinko looked as if she was about to die, her face was even paler than before.
                          
When Tetsuya had finally stopped the spell, he was sweating very much. I ran to him and wiped his sweat away with my handkerchief, while holding him in my arms since he was most likely tired from doing such a forceful spell. I looked over the the spot where Yukinko once stood in an ice cage, all that was left was a block of solid ice in the ice cage.
                          
"She.. escaped?" I said slowly to Tetsuya, but he had shaken his head in a 'no'.
                          
"She had turned into that solid ice block. It is best to keep that block locked up... she wasn't able to do much since I did that spell. Honestly, I, myself.. am not sure what had happened here. Seijuro-kun, don't melt this ice... she will be unleashed." Tetsuya finished off then fell asleep in my arms.
                          
He couldn't rest here in this concubine home, it was a wreck from his battle and possibly Yukinko rummaging through this house. I held Tetsuya in my arms bridal style and I stared out the window that was half frozen. The stars shines brightly through the glass.
                          
I smiled then left the room....
