Kate's eyes glisten with tears as she recites the letter Tom had written.  Her husband stands next to her, a hand on her shoulder in support.  "Well, there you have it kids.  That's Catherine's story.  Now if you excuse me, I need a tissue."  She gets up from the table and headed to the bathroom, closely followed by Tyler who gently taps her on the shoulder before she goes in the bathroom.

"That was you, wasn't it."  He asks quietly.  "That whole story.  You are Catherine."

Catherine smiles at her grandson, motioning for him to follow her into her bedroom. "He used to call me Kate when I was little.  That's what he wanted me to be called, but mom didn't.  They compromised on Catherine, saying Kate could be used as a nickname.  After I got that letter, I started using the name Kate again." She explains as she pulls out an old yellowed envelope from her nightstand, handing her grandson the letter her father had written her all those long years ago.

"Mom where did Tyler go?" Zoe asks Diane, who in turn glances at her father before answering.

"I think he wanted to grandma alone sweety."

"What about?"

"I think you'll understand when you're older." Diane simply answers before kissing her daughter's forehead.

"But moooooommmm!"
