Chapter twenty four

                                    

                                          
Isaacs POV
                          
I shot up, my breath heavy. Lisa immediately woke up. I sat up and tried to control my breathing. "Isaac?" She turns her body to face me. I look over at her, my eyes wide. "What's wrong?" She asks. "I...j-just a nightmare, I g-guess" I stutter. She gently rests her hand on my cheek. She then pulls me into a hug. Almost immediately my breath started to become smoother. 
                          
I look up at her and my lips turn upwards into a smile. "Thank you" she nods before biting her lip slightly. "Do you want to talk about it?" She asks. "I...I guess. It was about...well I dreamt about you. Except we weren't dating. I was dating Lena. B-but she cheated on me. I became depressed and I went to the cliff...like before. D-do you remember?" I ask and she nods. 
                          
"And...and I was about to jump. You had stopped me. E-e-except I accidentally pushed you off. I tried to help you but I just...couldn't. I was frozen in shock. I got you killed for fucks sake. I watched you fall. I watched you die. Lena...she got mad at me. She became depressed and s-sad and she n-never spoke to me again" by this time tears were already falling from my eyes. She pulled my close to her and soon her shirt became damp. "I'm right here" she mumbled into my ear. "It's ok. I'm right here" I pull away from her and let out a heavy sigh.
                          
"Yeah. Yeah you are" I mumble tiredly. I check my phone and immediately the brightness blinds me. "4am. I'm gonna get some rest. You should too" I say with a small smile. She nods and rests her head in the crook of my neck. Her hot breath against my skin sends a shiver down my spine. 
                          
I feel her smile against me and she moves to where her lips were next to my ear. "You know, your not very good at pretending you don't want me" I smirk before moving to where we were face to face. "Who said I didn't want you?" I ask before pressing my lips against hers. 
                          
I pull away and kiss her collarbone, leading up to her jaw before mumbling into her ear. "I love this part of you" she breathes out before smirking. "Now I see why Lena liked you" she whispered. I roll my eyes and peck her lips. She frowned as I pulled away. "Whatever. I'm gonna go stop by the music store, whatever it's called" I shrug. "I haven't done it in forever and I'm gonna try to start again" I say. She nods. I jog downstairs and get in my car.
                          
By the time I get home I see Lisa asleep. I go to the living room and tune the guitar I bought. I begin to sing a song. It was one of my favorites actually. (I really recommend listening to Alec's songs. He's kinda underrated but he makes amazing songs! Also Alec's gonna be him singing)
                          
I frown as my voice cracks. I sigh before beginning to sing again. I hear footsteps downstairs and I can tell it was Lisa. I ignore it and I soon feel hands on my shoulders. "Damn" she mumbles. I let out a small chuckle making me stop singing for a second. I set my guitar down and look up at her. She climbs over the couch and sits down next to me. 
                          
"Really? You just had to climb over the couch?" I ask with a smile. She nods and pecks my lips. "Whatever" I pick up the guitar again. "Can you sing for me?" She asks. "I...well I mea-." "Pleaseeeee?" She begged. "Alright alright" I kiss her cheek before beginning to sing the song again. 
                          
"You should know I'll be there for you" I say as I end the song. "God damn. Your good looking, you can sing, your caring and kinda cheesy but I mean I still love you" she says. I smile but roll my eyes. "AND!" She begins again. "You've got like the softest hair and you smell like heaven. I also love your accent! It's so amazing!" she runs a hand through my hair, messing it up. "Well you on the other hand" I begin to rant on about her. 
                          
"Your kind and caring. Your so beautiful and gorgeous and just Gah! You've got an amazing smile and you have the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. You smell like heaven yet even better. You've got an adorable and cute and just amazing personality. I love your accent too! it's like...I could listen to you all day!" I say. 
                          
I gently push her down in the couch and she giggles. I kiss her neck before gently biting her sweet spot. I pull away and look down at her neck to see I've left marks. A small smirk plays on my lips. "What'd you do?" She asks with slightly wide eyes. "Nothing. Your just so beautiful" I mumble before pressing my lips against hers. She smiles into the kiss. "I should probably go home soon" she says as she pulls away. "Dammit" I groan
                          
Lisa ended up leaving and I went back upstairs. I flopped onto my bed and immediately passed out.
                          
Lisas POV
                          
I opened the door to see Lena standing there. She immediately stands up and walks over to me. I hear her let out a small gasp. "What's on your neck?" She asks. "What?" I look at her, confused when realization washed over me. "God dammit" I mumble. 
                          
"Shit. Ok here it goes" I take a deep breath before looking up at her. "Isaac and I are dating" I say. Her mouth drops. It looked like she was about to say something but nothing came out. "As in..." I slowly nod, biting my lip. "I'm sorry, lena. I ju-." "No. It's fine. It's been two years. I just need to learn to move on" she mumbled. She turned around and jogged up to her room. "Shit" I mumble as I flopped onto the couch. I sigh before closing my eyes. I soon fall asleep.
                          
Lena's POV
                          
I flop onto my bed before pulling out my phone
                          
Lena: 
Hey. Could I come over? I really need to talk to you
                          
Isaac:
 sure thing. When will you be here?
                          
Lena:
In about ten minutes or so. Maybe even less
                          
Isaac:
Alright ttyl
                          
Lena:
Yeah...
                          
I groan before sitting up. "What the hell did I just get myself into" I whine. I stand up and change into decently nice clothes before getting in the car. I drive to his house and knock on his door. He opens it and and lets me in. "So...what'd you want to talk about?" He asks as we go up to his room. "I...Lisa told me about you guys. I just. Please...I need you. I love you and miss you so much!"
                          
Isaacs POV

                          
I let out a deep breath before looking down at her. "I loved you so much, I couldn't explain it even if I tried! I couldn't imagine my life with out you! You don't understand! Did you even realize how much I cared and loved you? I would've died for you! I would've jumped in front of a god damn bullet for you!" I say and she bites her lip. 
                          
"And you know why I fell in love with you? Because you could've chosen any guy in the world to date. There would be lines of guys! But you chose me! It physically hurt me to see you upset or angry or just sad! I felt so happy around you! I was relentlessly and fatally in love with even the thought of you, the thought of your voice, the thought of us. I got so happy when you looked at me or smiled at me. When you didn't I felt like my world was falling apart!" I say and tears fall from her eyes. I quickly wipe them away. 
                          
"Lena I've moved on. I really think you should too" I mumble. "I've been trying! I just can't do it! I can't move on from you" she groans. I hear footsteps coming up the stairs and Lisa's voice calling me. Lena smirks before pushing herself against the wall and smashing her lips into mine. I see Lisa out of the corner of my eye with wide eyes that were filled to the brim with tears. 
                          
"What the hell lena?!" I yell as I pull away. Lisa runs downstairs and outside. I chase after her till we reach a few blocks away from my house she was about to cross the street but I stopped her. 
                          
"Lisa please!" I groan. She turns around to face me. "What?" "Lena pulled me onto her I'm s-." "No!" She yells. "Do you even love me?" She asks as she stares up at me. "I do! I do so much! You don't even realize it Lisa!" "Then prove it" I smash my lips into hers. Breath became a problem and I slowly pulled away, biting her bottom lip and dragging it with me. 
                          
A bright light blinds me and I hear a car horn. I push Lisa out of the way before crashing onto the ground, my entire body aching and sore. I look up to see the driver freaking out and Lisa about to ball her eyes out. "I'm sorry" I heard her mumble in between her sobs. "I'm so sorry" my breath starts to slow down. This is where I die. This will be how people remember me. That'll be how I say goodbye to the twin. I think. The next thing I knew I had blacked out.
