Johnny's POV
                          
I couldn't help it. Somewhere along the way, I fell for Mackenzie. I've always told myself not to, she would never like me back, but I didn't listen to myself. So here I am, two and a half months since we got together. After I beat Brandon and we kissed, we caught Brandon cheating on Mackenzie. She was upset because someone cheated on her but I reminded her of how much we all care about her. We've been dating for two months today and I plan to make today special. It's a Friday which is good. We can go out and not have to worry about school the next day. I woke up about five minutes ago and I've just been thinking about today. Mackenzie and I have spent everyday together for the last two months and now I don't think I could live without her. I eventually got up and looked at the clock, 9:15am. I showered and went into my closet to look for something to wear. I grinned as I changed into a black and white Off White hoodie, ripped blue jeans, and white Gucci shoes. I begged my dad to buy them last week. We have money so it wasn't something he went broke over. I did my hair nicely and ran down to Lauren's room. She was still sleeping. I contemplated whether I should wake her up or not and ultimately chose to do it, ofc. I jumped on her and she didn't react. "Wake up Lauren!" I shouted as I shook her with a grin on my face. No reaction. "Lauren?" I said and the grin slipped off my face. Now I was worried. "Lauren?! Lauren please, wake up?!" I was still shaking her and she still didn't do anything. "Holy shit. I killed my sister!" I said. "I jumped on her and she d-" "RAAAAAA!!!" Lauren yelled, sitting up. I fell off the bed screaming and she broke out laughing. "That's not funny!" I yelled back to her. "I thought I killed your stupid ass!" she just laughed some more and I couldn't help but to laugh with her. 
                          
Lauren and I sat at the table eating breakfast and scrolling on our phones. I had texted Mackenzie happy anniversary but she didn't answer me. Probably still asleep, classic Kenz. "Zo fhut are vof phans trodfahy?" Lauren asked, mouth full of Raisin Bran. Ew, Raisin Bran. Fucking gross. "What?" I asked. She swallowed before answering me. "What are your plans today? Isn't it your two month anniversary?" I smiled and nodded. "Yeah. I'm doing something really special." she grinned back and took another bite of her nasty ass cereal. I looked back at my phone and realized I got a text from Mackenzie. It read, "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY WHITE BOI!!" I chuckled and sent her some hearts before I got up and washed my bowl that previously held Corn Chex, you know, cereal that's actually good? "Goodbye, dear sister." I said as I walked towards the door. "Goodbye, Satan." she said. "Hey, I'm not Brandon!" I joked and she laughed. 
                          
I pulled up to Nadia's house and turned my car off. I knocked on the door and she came relatively quickly and smiled. "Hey come on in," she said and moved aside for me to come in. I smiled and walked in. The rest of the gang was there as well, Hayden, Carson, Ruby, Brynn, Jacob, and Joey. Me and Ashley broke up after she came back from her vacation that week two and a half months ago. It was mutual so there were no hard feeling but, we parted ways. "why the hell are we here at 10 am?" Brynn asked. She was slumped on one of Nadia's couches, entangled with Jacob. I raised my eyebrows at them and Nadia just rolled her eyes. The rest of them were just lounging anywhere on the couch. "Hey where's Lauren?" Hayden asked and then there was a knock on the door. Nadia went to open it and three seconds later I was punched in the arm. "Ow!" I yelled. I turned to see Lauren. "What the hell Bro-Bro?! You could have told me you were going to Nadia's! We could have saved gas!" I just rolled my eyes and the rest of them snickered. "Come here, Bro-Bro" Hayden mocked. "No thanks Hay-Hay" I replied. I sat down next to Jacob and Ruby. "Okay so first of all, do we have the place secure?" Nadia questioned. 
                          
I was driving over to the florist while my phone was blowing up with texts from Mackenzie asking where I was, where everyone else is, why I'm not in school, why they're not in school, if I'm okay, etc. When I parked I responded saying I'm okay then I got out and walked up to the door. The little bell rung when I walked in and a short middle aged man smiled at me from behind the counter. "Hello young man, can I help you?" I walked over to him and shook his hand. "Hi, I'm Johnny. I'm looking for a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. It's our two month anniversary." "Ah, young love. I'm Jim by the way. It's proven that women like unique bouquets better than plain ones." I nodded taking in his information. "I have a budget of forty dollars. What can that get me?"
