"Hey, baby. Last night was fun!" She winked to Finn, I looked at Finn in confusion.
"What?" I asked, looking at them both.
"Finn hasn't told you? He came round to my house last night and he was all over me." Maggie smirked, "I didn't even make the move this time."
"I can't fucking believe you." I mumbled, walking away, hitting shoulders with both Finn and Maggie on my way.
"Millie! Wait-" Finn shouted but I cut him off.
"I don't fucking care, Finn! I don't wanna hear it." I shouted back, fighting back tears as everyone watched the little argument.
"Mills, what's wrong?" Sadie asked, I looked over to Finns car, seeing him speed out of the school gates.
"Maggie and Finn! Maggie told me Finn came around to her house last night and he was all over her!" I said, letting my tears loose as everyone walked away.
"What an asshole, you don't need him Mills." Sadie hugged me.
"I knew this was too good to be true." I cried, hugging her.
I heard my name being said from behind me, I turned around to see Maggie with a look of pity on her face.
"Millie, I'm sorry. I know how hard it is to be cheated on." She said with a frown, "Finn came to me, he told me that your relationship was boring him and it wasn't enough for him. He kissed me and I didn't know what to do. I didn't kiss back at first, but he made me feel guilty about it, so I did."
I looked at her with really sad eyes, she sighed.
"I'm so sorry Millie, I really am." She said, before walking away.
The day went by slowly, right now it's lunch. I was sat on the table with the usual bunch. Everyone was eating, but I was just sat playing with my apple.
"What's wrong with you?" Noah asked, I sighed.
"Finn, he cheated on me." I said, everyone gasped.
"What?! With who?!" Iris asked in shock.
"Maggie, he went round to her house last night and kissed her and-" Kelsey cut me off.
"Mills, Finn was not at my house last night." Kelsey said, furrowing her eyebrows.
"I was with Maggie all night last night, trying to figure everything out with her. I ended up falling asleep in her room too. I can assure you, Finn never came over last night." Sahar said, I looked at them in confusion.
"But Maggie said-" Caleb cut me off.
"Fuck what Maggie says! Millie, you actually believed that girl over Finn? That is messed up. He hates the girl, use your senses." Caleb said, I looked at the floor.
"Jesus, I'm so stupid." I face palmed.
I got my phone out of my pocket, trying to call Finn. He just declined all of my calls. I sighed, putting my phone on the table.
Once the school day was over, I went straight to Finn's. Sadie said she would babysit Amelia and pick her up from school while I fixed these problems. I knocked on the door, Winona answered.
"Oh, hey honey! It's good to see you!" She smiled widely, hugging me. "It's been a while."
"It sure has! I'm glad to see you again." I smiled back, hugging her too.
"If you're wanting Finn, he is in the basement. He is moody today." She pulled a face, I laughed a little, when all I really wanted to do was cry. I think she noticed, "honey, you don't look very happy. What's wrong?"
I didn't want my tears to fall, but they did. She gasped and hugged me.
"What's the matter? Tell me." She said, pulling me in and shutting the door.
"T-today at school, Maggie made up lies that Finn cheated on me with her. I don't know why I believed her but I did. I messed this whole thing up." I cried as she hugged me.
"It's okay, dear. Don't cry." She said, stroking my hair, "I know how to fix this."
General POV:
Winona held Millie's, hand, bringing her down to the basement where her love sat, playing the guitar while writing down some lyrics. He lifted his head up, noticing the two girls and sighed.
He got up and tried to walk away, but Winona didn't let him go up the stairs.
"Finn, sit." Winona said, Finn sat down. Huffing. "Alright, now Millie has to say something to you."
"I'm sorry that I believed Maggie over you, I was stupid to. I should of known that you wouldn't have cheated on me. Especially with her and I'm really sorry." Millie said, Finn still kept his gaze on the floor, not saying anything.
"Now, Finn. What do you have to say?" Winona asked.
"Nothing, aside from that you should have had more sense then to believe Maggie Lindemann over me." Finn rolled his eyes.
"Finn!" Winona sternly said.
"What?! This wasn't my freaking fault! She believed Maggie!" Finn said in annoyance towards the two girls in front of him.
"I'm sick of fighting! I don't wanna fight any more! We have only ever had one fight and this is only our second and I want it to be the last." Millie said, trying her best to hold in her tears in front of Finn.
"Well if you keep acting the way you are there is gonna be plenty more." Finn rolled his eyes.
"Listen, you two." Winona sighed, "when me, and my husband, David. Finns dad-"
Finn huffed, not wanting to hear more about his dad. He hated thinking of it. He looked to the floor and tried his hardest to not let his dads name upset him.
"We got into fights all of the time when we were your age. It's all part of love. It's not a relationship without arguments here and there. You're both young and you're going to make a load more mistakes by the time you're my age. I still make mistakes, we always make mistakes." Winona explained.
Finn looked up to Millie, noticing the tears in her eyes. He hated to see her cry, he was soft for her. When she cried, it made him want to just hug her until she was completely happy. He never wanted to let her go because he loves her. He hates to think he is the one that has made her cry.
"Alright, alright. I'm sorry." Finn said, getting up and hugging Millie, who hugged him back tightly.
"I'm sorry I believed her." Millie cried into his chest.
Finn kissed her head, "it's alright, Millie. You have nothing to be sorry for, I'd be mad too if I was you."
Winona stood with a smile on her face at the two young lovers in front of her eyes. She thanked God that her son was finally happy again after the tragic few years he has had. She watched as he hugged his girlfriend tightly, making sure she was okay.
She put her hand on her heart, before leaving them downstairs in the basement. When she got up the stairs, she whispered to her lover, in the sky.
"Thank the lord he has your personality."
