Chapter 9: One Thing

                                    

                                          
*Blaire’s POV*
                          
After we got out of that Ferris wheel capsule, we head out to explore the carnival. We went to the roller coaster and may I say, this is the biggest, longest and scariest roller coaster I’ve ever seen! There are lots of loops and lots of ups and downs. I looked at Zayn and he seemed excited because he’s got a very big smile on his face. Same with Louis and Liam, they were practically running to the end of the line, although, Harry, one the other hand, didn’t seem to be interested.
                          

                          
“Hey Harry, are you coming?” I asked him before I went to the others who were waiting impatiently at the end of the line.
                          

                          
“Uhm, I think I’ll pass.” He said as he put his hand on the back of his neck.
                          

                          
“Is Hazzabear scared?” I asked, teasing him.
                          

                          
“No, I’m not. It’s just that... Uhm, I want to spend some alone time with Jio.”
                          

                          
“But Jio’s there with the others, waiting for their turn.” I said pointing at her.
                          

                          
“Damn.. Uhm, I just don’t feel like riding a roller coaster right now.”
                          

                          
“Alright, Haz. Have fun, there.” I laughed then I ran up to the others then I whispered to my cousin, “Your little boyfriend’s afraid to ride the roller coaster. He’s over there, standing alone.” I said as I pointed at him then she looked.
                          

                          
“Uhm, Hey guys! I think I’ll pass for now! I’ll catch up with you later, alright?” She shouted then everyone said okay. “Blaire, just text me when you’re done, yeah?” I nodded then she left. That’s so sweet, I knew Jio really wanted to ride this roller coaster but she passed just to accompany her boyfriend. They are the cutest couple ever!
                          

                          
We waited for our turn impatiently and after of what felt like an hour of waiting, my legs hurt already from standing that long, it was our turn, finally! We sat down on our seats, 2 persons per row. Our seating arrangement: Liam and Lucy, Louis and Eleanor, Niall and Kate, and Zayn and I.
                          

                          
I was holding Zayn’s thigh the whole ride and one of his arms were around my waist. When our ride was finished, we went down, everyone was laughing and they all agreed that it was the sickest roller coaster ride ever. I decided to text Jio:
                          
                Hey babe, we’re done. Where are you? Xx
                          

                          
I returned my phone to my pocket as we headed to the food court because Niall complained that he’s hungry already. “Hey guys, I think I’ll wait for Jio and Harry here, I’ll follow you guys there.” I said then everyone left.
                          

                          
“I’ll wait with you!” Zayn volunteered.
                          

                          
“Are you sure? Are you not hungry?”
                          

                          
“Nope, I’m good. Plus, it’s not safe for a very beautiful girl to be alone in this very big place.” He said.
                          

                          
I was flattered because of what he said. “Well, alright. Thanks.”
