Celestes POV
                          
We are about to start playing truth or dare in the hot tub.  I am sitting in between Devyn and Colby. "Ok well if we are going to play since Corey suggested it he goes first, also we need rules," I say. Everyone groans at the rules part. "Really guys you think I'm that boring? I'm not talking annoying rules! I say that what happens in truth or dare stays in truth or dare, so even though some of us are in relationships if you are dared to do something like kiss someone that's not your partner it's allowed and can't be held against you in the future, because it's truth or dare, and it's not like you are choosing to do it, you are being dared to. Sound good?" I ask. Everyone nods and agrees but I notice Colby put his arm around my waist. He probably is agreeing but doesn't like it. I brush it off and we move on with the game. We play a couple rounds with kinda basic stuff like get an egg thrown at you, drink lemon juice, etc. Then It's Jakes turn. "Hey, Celeste truth or dare?" He asks with a smirk. "Dare! I ain't a wimp!" I say very confidently. "Ok then, Celeste I dare you to make out with someone, THAT'S NOT COLBY, for 30 seconds!" I am shocked. I look over at Colby who is fucking death staring Jake. "Ok." I simply say. I make eye contact with Devyn. She smirks and nods. I swim-walk over to her. (It's a hot tub so it's like half swimming half walked) I put my arms around her neck and she puts her arms around my waist. Then we go through with the dare. I hear a lot of the guys whistling and shit. After the 30 seconds, I go back over to Colby. He puts his arm around my waist and pulls me closer, his grip tighter than before. I see him shoot one last death stare at Jake and Devyn, I giggle a little to myself. After playing for quite a while it's Colby's turn to ask someone. He turns to me. "Celeste Truth or Dare?" He asks with a smirk. I am tired at this point so I answer "Truth!" He gets out of the hot tub and pulls me with him. He reaches over behind a nearby pile of pool toys. Then he stands in front of where he left me standing holding whatever he grabbed behind his back. Then he gets down on one knee and says "Celeste Smith. Will, you make me the happiest man in the world and agree to be my wife?" He opens the box reviling a very shiny silver ring with a black diamond on it. Tears start streaming down my face. I cover my mouth with my hands and violently nod. I then reach out one of my hands. He slips the ring on my finger. Then he stands up. We hug very tightly, I feel safe with him. Then he kisses me. It's the most passionate kiss I have ever felt. We stand there kissing like we never have before. Then we part. Everyone starts cheering. Devyn, Kat, and Amanda all run up to me and hug me. "Congrats!" They all scream in unison. All the guys are congratulating Colby. Then Colby and I go upstairs. Let's just say we had a little more fun before falling asleep.

So that's the end of the story. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I really enjoyed writing this. I am thinking of starting a new book soon I have a few Ideas. But I also plan on trying to update my Brendon Urie story soon too. Although I probably won't end that one, there will be slow updates though. Hope you guys enjoyed! Bye!
