Nightmares

                                    

                                          
(Every dream I have had recently has been a nightmare. I don't really understand why it's happening but I wish it would stop. I just keep seeing people that I care about die in front of me. I just stand there and do nothing about it. I can't think straight when it happens. I feel like that someday, one of these nightmares are going to break me.)
                          
*Y/N Pov* 

                          
I was sitting in my room, playing Overwatch. I haven't played it in a while but I decided it would be nice to come back to it. I wasn't really into competitive, I mostly played mystery heroes. It made it so I could try to get better with other heroes. Well, until you die right away then you can't really play that hero. I was in a game when I heard really loud banging on my door. I forgot I locked my door earlier.
                          
Cody: "Bro! Open the door!"
                          
I look over at the door and sigh. I open it and see my whole family there.
                          
Y/N: "Uhhh what's going on?"
                          
Skylar: "Some gang is hunting you down!"
                          
Y/N: "Wait what? What are you talking about?"
                          
Mom: "Y/N we need to go now!"
                          
Y/N: "Can someone just please fucking explain what's going on?!"
                          
I hear my phone go off and I check what it is. It was Isaac. I read his text.
                          
Isaac: "Bro, what did you get yourself into now?!"
                          
What the fuck is going on...?
                          
Step Dad: "They are going to be here at any second! We gotta go now!
                          
Y/N: "Okay! I get it, now let's go!"
                          
I have no clue what is going on. Did I anger a gang or something? But I didn't do anything wrong. Then again, shit happens even when you don't do anything wrong. We run out of the house and closed the door. But we see a bunch of cars outside the house.

                          
Gang Member 1: "There he is!"
                          
Gang Member 2: "Did the boss want him alive or dead?"
                          
Gang Member 3: "He said either is fine."
                          
Y/N: What the fuck do you want with me?!"
                          
Gang Member 3: "Do you not remember what you did? You got in our way!"
                          
Gang Member 1: "You should have let that little girl die! Her father didn't want to work with us so we were going to teach him a lesson."
                          
Y/N: "By killing his daughter?! How is that going to teach him a lesson?!"
                          
Gang Leader: "It will teach him not to mess with us ever again."
                          
Gang Member 2: "Boss?! When did you get here?!"
                          
Gang Leader: "I followed you idiots to make sure you didn't mess anything up."
                          
Y/N: "Why are you after me than?"
                          
Gang Leader: "To teach you a lesson. Fire at the parents."
                          
The point their guns at my mom and step father.
                          
Y/N: "NO!"
                          
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
                          
I closed my eyes as I heard the gun shots. When the gun shots ended, I opened my eyes to see something I didn't want to see...My mom and step dad were dead... They were filled with bullets...
                          
Skylar: "No... Please... This can't be happening..."
                          
Cody: "What the..."
                          
Sarah: "Dad!"
