Bed Rest

                                    

                                          
     Jughead wakes up to the sound of birds singing and light coming through his window. "Good morning, Romeo.", Betty says, waking up as well. 
     Jughead has his arm around Betty and her head is still on his chest. He brings his hands down and rubs her bulging stomach. It was now quite obvious that she was 5 months pregnant. "How's Juliet?", Jughead cooed, addressing his baby. Betty chuckled in response. 
     "Betts! She's kicking! It feels so cool!", Jughead exclaimed, excited at his baby's movement. 
     "Yeah, Jug, babies do that....." Betty says. The couple look at each other and roll their eyes.
     Eventually Betty gets up and strips out of her pajamas, putting on her clothes for the day. Jughead does the same. "Okay, Betts, what do you want to do?", Jughead asks. 
     "Jug, I just want to relax with you.", Betty replied, so that's what they did. For the next 5 days the couple just spent time together, relaxing, watching a movie, playing a board game, or occasionally having a make out session. 
     After 5 days had passed, Betty was able to go back to school. She puts on a tight tank top and shorts. This shows her baby belly nicely, since she has no need to hide it anymore. 
     "Ready, Betts?"
     "As ready as I'll ever be." 
     The couple walked into school with Betty gripping Jughead's arm and Jughead looking down on his fiancé. Despite the stares and chatter of their fellow students, Betty and Jughead walked down the hallway proud and happy to be together. They were doing fine, until a certain red head decided to cause some trouble. 
     That person was Archie Andrews.
