After the entire fiasco with Flash, the Avengers wanted to remind the teen not to mess with Peter ever again.

They also wanted to see Peter's first basketball game, having to get the schedule through May because, surprisingly, Peter never brought it up. They wondered why, because what kid wouldn't want the Avengers to show up to their basketball game?

As Peter was changing into his uniform, Happy was preparing to have the mightiest heroes on Earth climb into the extremely large limo he was tasked to drive.

He deserved a raise.

As Peter jogged onto the hardwood floor, ball bouncing by his side, the god of thunder (who had recently returned from Asgard) nearly broke the limo car door trying to pry it open. Happy just sighed in response.

As the final minutes of warm up slowly ended, Peter looked to the stands to see if his aunt was there to support him. He ripped his eyes away as he saw an unoccupied seat where he had asked May to sit.

" It has the best view, I swear, " Peter gushed.
" You'll be able to see me kick the Iron Bulls' asses. "

" Peter! Language! "

" Right, sorry May. "

He didn't even think that the Avengers would want to come, so he hadn't even mentioned it.

Close to half court, he was passed the ball. As jealous as his teammates were, they knew that Peter could make a shot from the other side of the court if he wanted to.

And he had, when Flash had insulted his skills. That had earned Parker a kick to the ribs (before the field trip. Flash didn't dare mess with him now).

Despite his spidey sense, Peter didn't hear the gym doors open to reveal the Avengers as he aimed for the basket.

When the ball flew in a perfect spiral to land into the net with a quiet swish, he didn't see Clint's jaw drop and the rest of the Avengers stand still, shocked by his skill level (even though they knew he had Spider powers).

But when his teammate didn't even react when the basketball rebounded and hit him in his face, he turned around to see what he was gaping at.

When he saw a grinning Aunt May sticking her thumb up at him, Thor's gigantic arm wrapped around her shoulders, Peter wanted to fall down laughing.

Unfortunately, surrounded by his teammates (basketball and the Avengers), he couldn't exactly do that.

Peter grinned back at the smiling черная вдова, who waved at him, red hair glowing in the light. Clint just flashed him a peace sign as Tony pretended to take a basketball shot with his right hand. Steve, unintentionally matching May, put his thumb up in congratulations too.

Bruce just smiled sheepishly, obviously out of his comfort zone. Peter idly wondered if he even knew the basic rules of basketball, but was happy he came to support him anyway.

He was estactic that they all had came to support him. And to think seconds ago he had thought that none of them would even want to come.

As May led them to the spot he had told her about (she remembered, he thought happily) the clock shrieked, signaling it was time for the game to start.

Jogging over to his coach, he glanced towards the Iron Bulls to see their feet glued to the floor and their jaws open, obviously wondering if that had really just been the Avengers waving and smiling at Midtown High's pointguard.
