Inspired by One Direction’s song “Truly, Madly, Deeply”
                          
You and Dan lay together in his bed cuddled up in his plaid patterned duvet. You slip in and out of consciousness as Dan continues to talk about what he wants his future to be like. Pillow talk was always one of your favorite things to do with Dan because he’d tell you things that not many people knew about him. It was two in the morning now and you started to fall asleep as you listened to Dan’s soothing yet gravelly tired voice. “I just think it’s ridiculous how things work like that. What do you think?” Dan waited for a response and then looked down to find you fast asleep. He laughs lightly just imagining how stupid he looked having a deep conversation with himself. Dan laid wide awake as his thoughts kept him up.
                          
Unlike other nights, laying with you tonight leaves Dan with only positive thoughts. He ponders about how perfect it was spending an entire day with you. In the morning you made breakfast together and after that, the both of you acted like tourist and ventured around London. If only there was some way to replay the day and keep reliving it. Dan then starts to think about how lucky he is to be laying here with you. He never thought that he’d be able to call someone as funny, kind-hearted and beautiful, like you, his. Dan’s eyes start to get heavy but before closing his eyes to end the night he decides to do something he’s been thinking about for a very long time. He leaned over to his nightstand and grabbed two small items in the drawer. He reached over carefully to your nightstand where he placed a small black jewelry box and an index card where he wrote, “Say you’ll always keep me truly, madly, crazy, deeply in love with you.”
                          

                          
Now, Dan struggles to fall asleep while constantly thinking about what your answer will be in the morning.
