"FP" Clara said happily as she walked into the diner to get her and Kevin food
                          
"Clara it's been a long time" FP smiled giving the girl a hug before he pulled away and she looked his uniform up and down
                          
"Nice bow tie" She said pointing to the little red tie around his neck, FP laughed as he walked over to a customer
                          
"Thanks. I'll be right with you to take your order" Clara smiled at him and turned slightly before noticing Jughead and Betty at the bar eating
                          
"Hey guys, how's life?" Clara asked leaning next to Jug and taking one of his fries
                          
"I don't know how's your life? New boyfriend?" Betty asked and even from where she stood she could sense the suscpison dripping from her voice
                          
"Wouldn't you like to know" Clara stood straight up and gave Betty a sarcastic smile
                          
"I'm just telling you Clara be careful with which Serpent you want to date" Betty shrugged and even Jughead looked at his girlfriend in disbelief
                          
"If there's one thing me and Kevin have in common and it's that we don't listen to whatever boyfriend advice you have for us" Clara stated giving the blonde girl a bored look
                          
"Alright what can I get you Clara?" FP asked almost as if he was sensing the tension
                          
"Uh just two cheesburgers and two vanilla shakes. Thank you" She smiled at the older man as he went to go place the order
                          
"Who's the second order for?" Betty asked obviously thinking it was for Fangs
                          
"You really need to stay out of peoples busniess Betty from what i've seen that's a hard thing for you to do" Clara snapped and Betty scoffed
                          
"What's that supposed to mean?" She asked lowly
                          
"It means, Nancy Drew, that you can't seem to stay away from trouble. You broke into my house for Gods sake and accused my dad of being the Black Hood! Next thing you're gonna do is accuse me" Clara glared at the girl who shrugged
                          
"Betty" jughead warned when he noticed his girlfriend contemplating the idea
                          
"So who are you bringing food to?" Betty asked after she had a stare down with Jughead. 
                          
"Here's your food Clara" FP smiled as he handed her the food
                          
"If you must know Betty, It's for Kevin" Clara went to turn and leave when they all heard something fall making them look over at where the noise came from
                          
"Clean that up pleeb the way you did my brothers blood" Cheryl said looking at FP in disgust. Clara and Jughead went to step forward when FP warned them not to
                          
"I'll get you another shake. On the house" FP sighed.
                          
Clara glared at the red head before she turned to Jug
                          
"I'll see you" Clara sighed bringing the youngest Jones into a hug before she left.

Clara yelled out in surprise when she heard a sudden knock at her window. She opened it seeing Fangs on the other side smirking
                          
"How the hell did you get up here?" She asked after he climbed into her room
                          
"Climbed" He shrugged before flopping onto her bed and stretching out. 
                          
Clara laughed rolling her eyes, "what are you doing here?"
                          
"Don't know" He shrugged but she could hear somethig else in his voice
                          
"Fangs what's going on?" She asked sitting next to him and talking his hand
                          
"Things at home aren't good right now, when they usually get bad I stay with Pea but he wasn't at his trailer so I came here" Fangs sighed rubbing her hand soflty
                          
"Fangs you will always be welcomed here" Clara said, smiling softly at him and he pulled her closer before he laid back down but this time he was holding her in his arms
                          
"I've been trying to save to rent my own tailer it's just hard" Fangs said softly and Clara looked up at him
                          
"Let me help" She said and he shook his head
                          
"I'm not gonna take any of your money" Fangs stated and it was her turn to shake her head
                          
"No, let me help you save money." Clara explained
                          
"That would still be taking your money" Fangs said and she sighed
                          
"Not if we put it all in one jar. Fangs let me help you it's not like I will be taking money from my dad I'll make it on my own" Clara looked at him with pleading eyes and he couldn't resist
                          
"Fine" He sighed and she smiled happily before snuggling deeper into his arms
                          
"Are you going to FP's retirement party tommorrow night?" Fangs after a moment of silence
                          
"Only if you take me" She replied tiredly 
                          
"What if I don't take you?" He joked and she shrugged
                          
"Then I don't go. I made a deal with Jug and said I wouldn't go to the Wrym unless I was with you, Toni or Him" Clara explained making Fangs nod his head in agreement at the deal
                          
"Go to sleep beautiful" Fangs said kissing her head as they both drifted off to sleep.

The next morning when Clara woke up Fangs was already gone making her sigh before she got up and started getting ready for her day
                          
"Clara you ready?" Kevin asked knocking on his sisters door
                          
"Be right out!" She called as she looked around the room and noticed the leather jacket was still in her closet
                          
"Should probably give that back today" she quickly grabbed it and put it in her bag so her brother wouldn't ask her about it
                          
"About time" Kevin teased walking out after his sister who shoved his shoulder jokingly

Clara was walking to her class when she saw Jughead exit a room she had never been in, she also noticed Betty walking out as well. 
                          
"Jug?" Clara called catching up to him as he was about to walk out of the school with Betty "what are you doing here?"
                          
"Oh just talking to Archie and Veronica" Jughead shrugged, wrapping his arm around Betty's shoulder
                          
"About?" She asked looking between the two
                          
"Just the-" before Jughead could finish Betty quickly stepped in to finish his sentence
                          
"Retirement party. That's all" Betty smiled and Clara gave her a suspicious look before she nodded and walked away
                          
"Why didn't we just tell her it was about the black hood?" Jughead asked when she was out of earshot. 
                          
"It doesn't matter Jug it's not like she needs to know" Betty shrugged and grabbed his hand to pull him away. 
                          
"Betty she's my best friend." Jughead reminded  and Betty turned back to look at him
                          
"I know Jug" she sighed before she kissed his cheek "now go, get the party set up I'll see you tonight"
