Morgan's POV

'Where am I?'

I was in a room that was lit up by strange glass spheres in the ceiling. It was light and bright with tan walls. The walls weren't wood or brick; they were a substance that was not known to me. There were two tan couches and two chairs. The chairs were on the west side of the room, and the couches were on the east and south side. In the center was a wood table. Below was a blue carpet on top of white tile.

"Good. You're here," a voice said. It was surreal, and it had an accent that was not like anything I've heard. I looked around for where the voice came from and saw a girl with long golden hair that was pulled back into a messy braid. She wore a black shirt with a flower pattern that exposed her shoulders but still had sleeves. She wore short blue shorts that were frayed at the bottom. She smiled and walked over to me. She was at least a half a foot taller than me and a few years older than Lucina. "Please sit down."

I felt compelled to do as she said, so I did as she asked. "Who are you? I can tell you're not Grima, and Grima is not here. Is this a dream?"

"Slow down; all will answered. This is not a dream - though, your body is sleeping. Nor is it a vision. More like your soul is transferred out of your body. In a sense, you are a spirit."

"A spirit? Am I dead?"

"No, of course not. I wouldn't kill you. Think of it like the time when you went to the Black Realm."

"You know about that? But that was..."

"Just between you and Grima. I know everything about you and your world. In fact, I watch it." She reached over a picked up a black rectangular box with buttons. She raised it and clicked a red button on top.

Quiet sounds of the night filled the room. Up on the north wall, a black box lit up, and I saw me. But, it wasn't "me". It was my body, asleep in the tent. I was chained and curled up on the grass. It was like watching from a bird's eyes.

"That is you, in the Realm of the Living. It just looks like you're sleeping, but really, that's just a lifeless husk. Your body lives, but it has no soul. It can act on its own, but it would be like a robot, with no emotion."

I tilted my head in confusion. "What exactly is a robot?"

"Oh! I'm sorry! Just some terminology from this world. I forgot that there are things you don't know about. Just think as a robot as emotionless being and acts on the orders of others."

"Like the Risen?"

"Precisely. That's how Grima creates them. He uses lifeless bodies whose soul has left and revives them for his cause."

"What exactly is Grima's goal and Naga's goal?" She seemed a little shocked I asked the question.

"Well, Grima wishes for a united world, one ruled by power. Naga wishes for freedom, a world where joy comes easily."

"Which one is better for the world?"

"Neither. Both will fall apart. In Grima's, people will rebel or live in fear for their whole life. In Naga's, the world will go on like it has. There will still be wars and discrimination. Bandits, thieves, they will still thrive. Human kind will still suffer because of the dragons."

"Is there an alternative?"

"Yes, and that's why I brought you here. I have watched your world, waiting for a chance to intervene and make the world as it needs to be. But, my reach is not long enough. No one knows who I am, not even the dragons. They have an idea, but not a true grasp. Only those with both bloodlines can see and hear me."
