Regina and Killian had a lovely rest of their Friday night. Her leg was slipped under his in bed, as they awoke that morning. They cutely had coffee, and a little workout that morning at racquetball again. "No bet this time?" Regina teased. "No way, who knows what else you'll plan to torment me with," He said playfully.
Regina pouted at him, teasing him, "Yes that's going to be me," he acknowledged. "Aww, poor thing, has to hang out with his girlfriend and friends and watch hockey," Regina mocked. "Hmm, well it doesn't sound bad when you put it that way," He shrugged.
"No no, you have to pretend it is no matter what," Regina argued. "Right, I don't think I'll have to pretend that much," he whined.
As the day went on, nearing 5 pm, "Come on," Regina tugged him, he whimpered, "I don't want to," he whined like a child at her. "Don't be a baby, and you have to," Regina stated. "Fine," he rolled his eyes and sulked a bit.
"There you go stay sulky," Regina smiled cutely.
Regina led him to a bar, and Graham and other coworkers were there. "Well sports fans finally showing up," Graham teased. "Yeah yeah, I don't like you right now," Killian said. "That's fine, plenty of people to like me, and they'll all like her," Graham said.
Killian kept his arm around Regina's waist and forced himself to the group, "Hey finally he has a girlfriend, we didn't want to believe it until we saw," David, Killian's other college friend greeted. "Yeah hey Dave, umm Regina," Killian introduced.
"Wow, I'm impressed," David said. "She is impressive," Killian smiled proudly, "I mean I'm impressed she's with you, you can do better," David teased. "Ok, is that what this day is about? Telling Regina she can do better than me?" Killian asked.
"Yeah, basically," Graham and David shrugged. "Oh goodness, stop that, Hi, I'm Mary Margaret," a brunette smiley woman introduced herself. "This charming one here is mine," She smiled at David.
"We're stealing Regina, to talk about you," Ruby tugged Regina away from Killian, he scowled as he was left with the boisterous guys for a bit before the game started. "So? We hear hanging out with us is supposed to be punishment?" David asked. "I mean you know how it is, either the group doesn't like the girlfriend or the other way around," Killian said.
"I don't see that happening now, she's pretty awesome," David said. "Yeah, she is," Killian smiled looking at Regina on the other side. Graham elbows him, "Aww, smitten kitten," he mocked. "I am not a kitten," Killian pushed him.
"So he told you why he doesn't like all of us meeting anyone he's with? Aside from the fact he hasn't even dated anyone in five years," Ruby said. "Yeah he just doesn't want anything to ruin it I guess," Regina shrugged.
Regina glanced over at Killian, and he smiled, but then quickly pouted at her, to keep his little dramatic effects. Regina rolled her eyes, she actually thought he enjoyed this, especially considering everyone did like her and she liked everyone else.
The game got started and the women came between the guys, "Hi there, miss us?" Regina said cutely, "Yeah kinda," Killian winked. "I'm still not seeing this as punishment," Graham whined. Ruby smacked his arm. "What? Ow," Graham whined.
They were a fun group. The guys all liked Regina, the women did too, and she enjoyed all of them. Most of them worked at the magazine, or worked in a similar field and in the area. Regina couldn't help but playfully tease Killian as they went to get drinks together.
"See? It's not that bad," Regina said. "I thought I was supposed to pretend to be having a horrible time?" He asked. "You are, but you suck at it," Regina teased. "What? I can pout more," He defends.
"No, I can tell you are having a good time," Regina insisted. "Mmm, ok, I feel better that everyone is getting on and all that," he smiled at her. "Blue moon for the lady, and Guinness for me." Killian orders.
"We could always punish you at home," Regina smiled. "Oh really? How?" He quirked his brow. "Mmm, could wear that little lingerie you got me, and not let you touch me," Regina smiled. "Oh that's just cruel, and unusual punishment, and I don't think I deserve that," he said.
"It would be kinda fun though," Regina scrunched her nose at him.
Killian's POV- This woman, I would let her do anything to me if I'm being honest. She's so damn cute, and that nose scrunch is insanely adorable. I was relieved that the group liked her.
"So, Killian, what was it about Regina to let you ditch your no employee relationship rule?" David asked.
Killian's POV-- Dammit Dave
"Uhhh," Killian grunted, and Regina looked up at him. "She's wonderful, that's why," Killian stated. "And?" Mary Margaret pressed for more. "This is why I don't like it see?" Killian smiled. Graham couldn't help but chuckle.
"I challenged him too," Regina boasted, and looked up at him.
Regina's POV-- It's cute he's not good with words in this situation, and he is every other time. I didn't want to make it worse, but I figured I could play a bit and get him to open up.
"She's fun, and pretty, and smart," Killian described Regina. She smiled up at him, "She's just special that's all, so I let my rule go," Killian said. "And it was a stupid rule," Graham mumbled.
Regina laughed, "Well, it was a professional rule," Regina defended. "Well it's gone now, because you two are together," Graham said. "And? Your point?" Killian asked. "Regina's the first woman to ever put you in your place, at work," Graham teased.
"Ok ok, don't start that," Killian warned. "Aww, it was cute Killian, it made you a good boyfriend," Tiana encouraged. "We all know men are silly and impulsive, when feel misjudged," Ruby said. "Thank you for you expert analysis of testosterone," Killian said.
"She's right," Regina argued. Killian widened his eyes and kept his hand on her arm, "I sit corrected again," Killian said.
"Be right back, ladies room," Regina smiled and kissed him softly. She and Mary Margaret went off together.
"He's completely taken with you," Mary Margaret said. Regina smiled brightly, "Yeah?" she asked. "Of course, David has known Killian a long time, and it's just clear he really is happy with you," Mary Margaret smiled.
Regina's POV- He does seem happy, I hope he is, and I hope I make him happy. "He makes me happy too," I couldn't stop smiling about it. "I can tell, you're completely smitten," she beamed back at me.
After the game finally ended, the group dispersed and Regina took Killian back to her place, "Ok, now you get the red lingerie," She smiled up at him. "Really? I've been good?" He winked. "Yeah, you been good, did you have a little fun?" Regina asked.
Killian tugged her to him, holding her waist, against him, and kissing her softly. "I did actually, and now that it's over with, I can relax, and fuck you," he smiled. "Naughty!" She playfully hit his chest. "Come on, try that thing on, please?" He bit his lip.
