anyways enjoy the chapter <3

i groan as i sink into the cafeteria table. "what happened now?" jihee asked, taking a bite out of her apple as she flips through her book, reading it incredibly quickly.

"i have science today, and you know what that means." i watch as jihee snickers teasingly. "oh i forgot that you had a project with jungkook." she laughed, i nudge her arm.

"it's not funny, he's going to make me do all the work. i bet he's going to be flirting with a girl the whole time." i pout, resting my head on jihee's shoulder.

"can't you just use your magic to finish it quickly?" she asks, taking another bite out of the apple. she places the book down, already done with it.

"i know but i still have to use a lot of energy for that." i complained, jihee rolled her eyes. "but seoyeon, you are literally the most powerful wizard i've ever freaking seen. you literally charge up in a matter of minutes." she reminded.

"oh shi—you're right. i guess you just complain about your problems to me, it's like i have somehow thought they were my problems." i chuckled, she elbowed me.

"okay now you're just rubbing in the fact that im weaker than you are." she whined, although her smile overpowered her annoyed tone.

"ow that hurt." i rubbed my shoulder, glaring at her playfully. "you're lucky i didn't send my dragon on you." she laughed, i slightly shivered.

the last time she sent her dragon out, i had nightmares for days. it was honestly the most terrifying experience i have ever went through, and i once got thrown into a trash can—by a goblin, and for god's sake he was the ugliest creature i have ever seen.

but i did get my payback, i literally made her fly to canada on my wyvern. let's just say i has to lie and say her parents had an emergency—that uh lasted a month.

"are you listening to me?" jihee waves a hand in front of my face, causing me to blink quickly. "uh yeah, sorry." i mumble, crossing my arms.

"i said you should head to science, your class is about to start." she hums, grabbing her book and stuffing it in her bag. "oh i forgot about that." i stand up and grab my bag and my phone.

"well bye." she waved, rushing to her class, which had already started.

wait i should get going now. i ran upstairs to room 56, the worst room of all.

mr. jung's class.

wait did i just hear thunder.
