"Get out," he sighed.
"N-" I got out.
"Nah, you can go," he shook his head.
"Babe," I called out, but he wasn't having it.
"I fucking risked my life trying to protect you. I almost died trying to save you! And when I couldn't, I sat by your side ev...

"Victoria is bad news," he said while driving off.
The event was over, and Nick was dropping me home.
"What were we even beefing about?" I asked.
"She was someone I used to sleep with," Nick informed, causing my eyebrows to raise immediately. "Every year, there's this elegant party that only a few people get to attend. I always attend, and so does Victoria, but we never go as dates. She was upset that I had slept with her for some time but still didn't invite her. She was even more upset that I invited you, especially because we hadn't slept together at the time. She disrespected you at the dance and tried to later at a dinner you and I were at."
"Why didn't you tell me this before?" I asked. "You told me about your other exes...or are there more that I don't know about?"
"She's not an ex," he sighed. "Like I said, I only slept with her a couple of times."
"Did you have feelings for her?" I asked.
"No," he answered, and I could hear the truth in his answer. "That's also why she disliked you. Plus, she knew she'd only get a call when Iwas horny."
"And if you didn't meet me...?" I asked.
"I would've probably still been banging her," he answered. "I would never have any feelings for her though. She's not my type."
"And is there anyone else you slept with?" I asked.
"Oh, yes....a bunch, actually," he answered.
"Are you serious?" I asked.
"Sage, before you, I wasn't settled for years. I had my last girlfriend when I was a junior in high school," he informed. "Of course I slept with many other than Victoria. None of them meant anything though."
"Okay," I said lowly as I fixed my gaze outside the car.
"Are you upset?" Nick asked.
I shook my head and corrected, "Just thinking."
"About?" Nick asked.
"The amount of women you ate, told were amazing in bed, received head from, got hooked on to..." I trailed off.
"One: I only gave head to you, so cut it out," he said in a very serious tone, causing my head to snap over to his direction. "There's no need for you to be petty. Second: if I had gotten hooked on I wouldn't have been with so much. Third: I never received because I don't trust where people's mouth been. Fourth: I only told you that, as the rest were only descent. Victoria, though, was wayyyyy too much. She could actually become a star- if you know what I mean."
"I guess," I replied. "And I wasn't being petty."
"Yet," he argued. "I know the start of an argument. Reason why I stopped having girlfriends. Too much arguing. Too much problem. Too much stress."
"So I'm a problem and stress?" I asked, pretending to be upset.
"No, not you," he quickly said, causing me to chuckle.
"Just kidding," I smiled.
"We good?" he asked, and I nodded in reply.
"Thank God for the day off tomorrow," I exhaled. "I'm exhausted."
"Wait, we're not gonna do something together?" he asked.
"No," I answered. "We can go on a date some other time. I just wanna spend the day sleeping."
"Can I come over?" he asked.
"What in sleeping do you not understand?" I asked playfully.
"I just wanna cuddle. Watch ya mouth," he replied.
"Go cuddle with yaself and don't tell me what to do," I challenged.
"I'll tell you whatever I want," he challenged back.
"Not when I'm sitting on your face," I disagreed with a mischievous smirk on my face.
He raised his eyebrows with a smile playing on his lips.
"Someone's feisty today," he teased.
"So?" I asked.
"You not going home tonight," he smirked. "Keep talking like that, and you'll spend the entire weekend in my bed too."
"Yeah okay," I replied sarcastically. "You better bring me home."
"I better?" Nick frowned. "Who you talking to like that?"
"Nickolas Carter, who else?" I answered.
Nick pulled up to his house and unlocked the door.
"This isn't my house," I pointed out.
"I know, but it's where my bed is," he stayed before getting out and walking to my door. He opened it and said, "Out."
"No," I said stubbornly.
"We could do this in my car," he shrugged. "That would be a first, but hey."
"Like I said, no," I smirked.
Nick got into the car and drove into his garage. He lowered his seat and patted his legs.
I climbed on top and nuzzled my nose in his neck. I kissed his jaw line and looked straight into his eyes. He bit his lip and opened his door before lifting me up and walking me into the house.
"Why you gotta be so difficult?" he asked. "You be fronting like you don't wanna get busy."
I placed my thumb on his bottom lip and pulled it out of his teeth before placing a soft kiss on his lips.
"'Cause you gotta work for it," I answered.
"How 'bout you work for it?" he mumbled, causing me to giggle.
He placed me onto his bed and kicked his shoes off.
"You're getting it ruff tonight," he smirked while taking his belt off.
