8 years later

donghyuck and mark walked down the street, holding each other's hand. both of them often stole glances at each other. donghyuck had a pink tint on his face.

"mark! donghyuck!" the couple turned behind and saw jaemin. ah yes, the joker back when they were in school. "hey hyung!" he ran towards them. "where's jeno?" donghyuck asked, trying to peek behind jaemin. "oh he's at the back." jaemin looked behind and there was jeno, running down the slope with their puppy, glance.

when jeno reached, he glared at jaemin. "why were you running so fast!?" jaemin shrugged. all three of them laughed. "how are ya?" donghyuck asked, bending down to pet glance. "doing great!" jaemin repiled, holding jeno's hand. "jeno just released his very own clothing line!". impressed looks were plastered on donghyuck and mark's face. jeno smiled. "oh it's nothing."

laughters and jokes were passed around until donghyuck suggested having coffee in a cafe. "but glance-" "don't worry, i know a dog friendly cafe near the corner." donghyuck reassured jeno. all four of them agreed and went on to find the cafe with donghyuck's lead of course.

they arrived at the cafe and were welcomed with barks and the aroma of coffee. glance was let off his leash and played around with the other puppies. "say... mark, can we get a puppy?" donghyuck asked, tugging mark's sleeve. "no, you know how much work it takes to take care of one." mark repiled. all donghyuck could do was to pout and walk in the cafe.

they sat down and started ordering what they wanted. "i remembered when donghyuck was so into mark!" jaemin laughed. "shut up, dude!" donghyuck scolded, with a blush on his face. mark and jeno could only laugh.

"ah- hyungs!" all four heads turned towards the direction of the voice. "jisung?" the tall guy walked towards them. "hi guys!" and soon a lady stood beside jisung. "hello jisung, is that your girlfriend?" mark asked while chuckling. "yes! meet my girlfriend, nari." nari bowed and smiled. they had a mini conversation and jisung looked at his watch.

"guess we will meet next time! bye hyungs!" he laughed and walked out the cafe with nari. "that was a fruitful conversation." jaemin said as he sipped his coffee. everyone nodded and sighed. mark looked at donghyuck and pecked his cheek. donghyuck blushed immediately. "ooooo, alright, we have to leave. me and jeno have a date to go for." jaemin said as he winked at jeno. "oh hush." both of them bid goodbye and all that was left was the couple.

"good times." mark said and both of them went out of the cafe as well. they continued to walk to the street until they spotted another coupl. you guessed it. renjun and chenle. the couple were outside the shop, looking at some merchandise. "hey, chenle and renjun." "oh- HYUNGS!" chenle almost shouted and hugged donghyuck. "what's up!" renjun said. "oh nothing, we were just looking at some moomin merch." "cool, i see renjun is still into moomin." renjun proudly smiled. "of course." they chatted for awhile and decided to leave to couple to continue their window shopping.

mark and donghyuck then went to a nearby playground where kids were crowding the playground. they sat on the bench and started to look at the sky. "mark, donghyuck." both of them looked up and saw a lady. eun.

"hey eun!" mark stood up to hug her. donghyuck smiled. "what are you doing here?" he asked. "oh, just bringing my child out for a playtime." eun replied, pointing to a young
girl, playing in the sand box. donghyuck smiled. "cute girl." eun thanked him and they talked for abit. "wow, look at the time! it's late! nayeong! you have school tomorrow! let's go!" eun shouted to her daughter. "see y'all next time!" eun waved good bye and walked off with her daughter.

mark and donghyuck looked at each other and smiled. "so lucky to have you." "today sure was a good day." donghyuck smiled. mark eventually kissed donghyuck on the lips. "i love you." "same."
