his light fighting the darkness
his power flowing through his veins
his hopes wide, he was a knight
he fought with light
without a hint of fright
her soul is an unsolvable riddle
her bones are drenched in mystery
each smile of her is of sorrow
her hopes as thin as a needle
her magic never wilting in the entire history
her joy was a never-coming tomorrow
she fought with an invincible arrow
without being the true hero
he was the blazing sunshine
she was the mysterious moonlight
both polar opposites yet kind at heart
he was her sun, her strong spine
she was his moon at night
no force could tear them apart
the moonlight loved him from the start
the sunshine admired his sweetheart
at one moment, they come together
the sunshine and the moonlight
in the wide-open sky, they greet
that's how they embrace each other
and it's a truly gorgeous sight
when true and sincere lovers meet
all bitterness turns to sweet
all pain disappears in a heartbeat
