Chapter 17

                                    

                                          
"Lily, Lily wake up," I heard someone calling my name in the distance. I stirred around and slowly opened my eyes.
                          
"W-what happened?" I rubbed my eyes. I looked around and realized I was laying outside someones lawn. 
                          
"It doesn't matter, are you okay?" Nicole asked.
                          
"Yeah, yeah i'm fine my head just hur- oh my god," I whispered. 
                          
"Please tell me what I think happened didn't happen," I cried.
                          
"Lily..." Nicole frowned.
                          
"Oh my god," I covered my mouth.
                          
"Lily, i-is it true?" she asked me. I tear rolled down my eye and looked down at the ground. I nodded and covered my face with my hands. 
                          
"Omg Lily, come here," she said, pulling me into hug.
                          
"I promise I changed! I'm not that person anymore Nicole! I had to spend days in rehab and therapy, I still have therapy," I cried into her shoulder.
                          
"I know Lily, I know, here let's get you home," Nicole said and I nodded. 
                          
"Lily, you finally woke up!" JJ smiled as he ran over to us. They both helped me up and carried me to JJ's car. They sat me in the back seat and I pulled my legs up to my chest and just cried. I had fucked up. I should of said the truth. Why did I make up some stupid lie? I felt the tears drip down my face and my body shook. I slowly closed my eyes and let myself fall into a deep slumber.
                          
Jack's POV
                          
I needed a smoke. So that's what I did, I drove to my house and smoked. Luckily my parent were out of town, like fucking always. I ripped my shirt off and opened my balcony window open and let the cool air slowly drift into my room. I walked inside my closet, quickly looking for a black box, I pulled out a blunt from inside along with a lighter. I sat down in front of the window, staring up and the moon. Scenes from tonight replayed in my mind. From Lily cheering for me, to her kissing me behind the locker room, to making out while we grinded against each other at the party, and everything after that was a blur. I just remember looking back to the rear view mirror  and seeing Lily drop to the floor. I shook my head, trying to stop thinking about her. I couple minutes later, I heard knocking coming from downstairs. I tried to ignore it but it wouldn't stop.
                          
"Shut the fuck uppp," I groaned as I walked downstairs. I swung the door opened and groaned again.
                          
"What do you want Johns-"
                          
"Look I don't care what Lily did, be a man and let her sleep here for tonight," JJ said.
                          
"What?" I asked confused.
                          
"She's in the car and she isn't feeling well, and we defiantly can't take her home like this," JJ said.
                          
"What's wrong with her? She's probably actin-"
                          
"No Jack she isn't, Nicole found her out in the middle of the street passed out after you guys went outside and she couldn't even walk to the car without tumbling over," he explained. I immediately ran past JJ and to his car.
                          
"Lily!" I cried, pulling the door open and I froze at the view. She had her feet pulled up to her lap, her eyes closed and makeup smeared. I noticed Nicole staring at us and she frowned.
                          
"Omg Lily, I'm so sorry," I whispered,  wrapping my arms around her and carrying out.
                          
"Thanks man, sorry for being such a dick," I said to JJ.
                          
"Don't worry about it, but Jack, listen to her okay? Don't let some bitch like Brianna come in between you two alright? I'll see you tomorrow," JJ said before walking towards his car. I quickly carried her inside and up to my room. I carefully laid her down on my bed and noticed how pale she looked. I grabbed a pair of boxers and a t-shirt and slid her clothes off and changed them for mine. She stirred a little and slightly opened her eyes.
                          
"Jack?" She asked.
                          
"Shhh baby it's okay, we'll talk tomorrow okay? Got to sleep," I whispered, kissing her forehead and walked to the door.
                          
"Jack.." Lily whispered.
                          
"Hm?"
                          
"I know i made a mistake, but can you sleep with me, please?" She asked in the cutest sleepy voice. I smiled at her and nodded.
                          
"Of course, I would love to," I said, laying down next to her and pulling her close.
                          
"I love you Jack," Lily whispered.
                          
"I love you too Lily."
