WAYO'S POV
                          
"I'm not asking you out again, I'm officially asking you out for the first time." He tells me as his warm breath brushes over my ear. My heart feels like it's going to burst from my chest and another shiver runs through me. I'm lucky I'm leaning against the wall since my legs feel like they're going to give out any second now. 
                          
Pulling back a little, he looks me over then his eyes meet mine. Our noses brush against each other as he whispers, "What's your answer, Shorty?"
                          
My answer?! He expects me to speak right now? Unable to get a word out of my suddenly dry throat, I can only nod my head yes to him. He doesn't seem bothered by my choice of response, actually he seems quite pleased.
                          
When he takes a step back from me, I realize I've holding my breath. A whoosh of air escapes then I suck in a big breath to try to fill by aching lungs. Moving my hand to cover my heart, I beg it to slow it down as I gather my scattered thoughts back together. 
                          
He really just asked me out. Like for real. On a real date! I was just joking around before. I never expected him to really ask me out. Why did he ask me out? My panicked thoughts are whirling around my brain, but his husky voice interrupts them drawing me back to the here and now. 
                          
"We should head out soon, so we have time to eat before the order for the others is ready. Do you need to do anything before we leave? Like maybe let someone know we're going?"
                          
Nodding again, I take his suggestion to heart. Yes! I absolutely need to talk to someone right now! Turning, I leave Pha behind as I speed walk back to the practice area. When everyone comes into sight, in my head I yell out, 'MING!'
                          
Startled, he jumps and almost falls off the table he's sitting at talking to Kit. He stands and frantically searches until he sees me heading towards him. Excusing himself from Kit he meets me half way and grabs my shoulders, asking, "What's wrong? What happened?"
                          
Panting for breath I stutter out, "P-pha... he... uh... he..."
                          
"He what? What did he do? Did he do something to you? Where is he?" He asks looking around as he starts to get angry.
                          
Finally, able to spit it out, I tell him, "H-he asked me o-out to dinner."
                          
"How dare...! Wait, what? He what?" He questions me confused. "You went to dinner with him last night. What's the big deal?"
                          
"That wasn't a date! I went to help him run an errand. This time he asked me out. Like officially asked me out on a date. For dinner. I don't know what to do, no one has ever asked me out before. What do I do now?" I try to explain.
                          
"Well it's about time." Kit throws in as he walks over.
                          
"What does that mean?" Ming asks as we both stare at him.
                          
"Nothing." Changing the subject, he inquires, "So what did you say?"
                          
"I... uhm... agreed, I think. I nodded because I couldn't say anything, but that counts, right?"
                          
"Yes, it counts." Kit states indulgently with a smile. Taking over the conversation, he asks, "When are you going."
                          
"Now. He said Ging already gave him the restaurant information." Talking to Kit is settling me. His calm attitude is helping me to focus.
