-Dear Jacob. I'm sorry I haven't been able to video chat or contact you for a few days. A lot has happened. I am taking a long trip back to Earth! It's is very exciting. It will take a month and a half. Even though it's exciting I will have to go through a procedure to make my heart monitor more stable and to strength my bones for Earth. I will arrive at your school as soon as I can. I can't wait to meet you. I will explain everything in person.
Olivia-
The Colony Headmaster (Max) and Mary and a few other that were on the main mission were coming with us tri our trip. So for the next three weeks we loaded and prepared the rocket for a long trip. I had my procedure. It was hard to get used to my new monitor. It was heavier but better to open doors with. They don't know that. When the day finally came we loaded the rocket with our space suits. I would now be on my way to Earth. Most of the ride I would float around and ask questions to Mary. After a week or so I stopped annoying here and just tried to sleep. After many more weeks we were now in the lithosphere. It was a hot and bumpy ride through Earths atmosphere. We landed that same day. It was 12:00 Earth time. It was very bright. The people that were expecting us also had space suits on as they opened the door. I could barely open my eyes. "Here wear these. It will help
with the sun." They handed us some dark glasses. It helped. As I take my first step onto the Earth. I feel heavy. No, not just heavy. Like the gravity is pulling on me and there's no escape. "I feel so heavy." I chuckled. They helped us down the stairs and hit a hard ground. It was sos stif. So hard. And gray. I look up to the sky. It's even better that I had imagined. It's blue. And white with fluffy clouds. The helpers usher us into a white car. We get in and I figure out how to roll the window down. I see green grass and blue skies. "This is Earth! I love it already." I said smiling. The ride was through a forest. It's was thick with green trees and the sweet smell. I had never smelt it before but it was amazing. "Where are we? Where did we land?" I asked the lady driving. "We are in Washington." We arrive after a long drive to the space station. It is a huge facility with four big dimes on the outside. In the middle is two huge "housing facilities". At least that's what they call it anyways. They help us out of the car and into some chairs with wheels. They say it will help with the gravity but they just didn't want us to fall straight on our faces. We enter through heavily guarded doors and give Mary and I lanyards with our information on them. It says our name, D.O.B, age, and where's from. Hey wheel us into the housing facility and give us a room. Mary gets her own room and I get mine. They set me in my room. "I will be back in a few minutes. Try to rest it's been a long journey." I nod. Once she leaves I struggle out of my chair and over to the large window. I look outside and see the green tall trees. They are so beautiful. "Olivia, nice to finally meet you." I whirl around to see who has entered the room. He is a tall older man about 60 with red hair. "The names Albert Richardson. I am in charge of Mission Earth #2. I've been waiting 14 years to meet you. How was you trip?" I sit down on the bed as he joins me. "Well it was certainly something. It was very exciting and all, but I'm just so.... in shock and overwhelmed by actually being on Earth. I love it." He smiles. "Well I like it to. But it's going to take a week or so of physical therapy, exercising, and a surgery for your heart. You should be in a home with Mary in about a week." "What is your favorite thing about Earth?" I ask. "The rain. It's just amazing." After we talk about a many of the great things about Earth, he takes me outside to walk around and see the outdoors. The next day I have a surgery for my heart, and adjust my bones. Two days later I go in with Mary for physical therapy. It's exhausting. We go swimming, running, and eat lunch.
