CHAPTER 9

                                    

                                          
Ariz tossed his head in the direction I was standing, I quickly turned around so that he won't notice me standing.
                          
I heard the shutting sound of the door and turned around as the car zoned out.
                          
I couldn't believe it, Arizz !
                          
He just bought a little girl??
, Or what else it could mean,
                          
Someone touches my shoulder making me jerk, I turned around and found aunt, she looked worried,
                          
“ Where were you Gashiya ”, she inquired, “ I.. I was just looking out of the window ”, I told her trying to hide my frustration,
                          
“ Oh! I was waiting for you inside, I thought you were sill in there ”, she said, 
                          
“ Yeah! I was but after that I found my friend and was chatting with her ”, I made up a story, “ When I came back to the place we were sitting, you were not there, and I don't have my phone either, so I thought you might be here looking for me ”, she nodded understanding,
                          
“ Let's go home its getting late ”,she said and with that we left the mall,
                          
When I parked my car there was just papa's car parked there, no sing of Ariz's car ,
                          
“ Aunt were is Ariz ? ”, I asked her casually, taking shopping bags out of the back seat,
                          
“ He told me that he might get late on the phone ”, she told, I just nodded clenching my fits.

“ Hay Gashiya, what have you brought from the mall? ”, Wanize asked scanning my bags,
                          
“ Tons of cloths ”, I told her although my mood was quite bad but just a glimpse of her face made me little calmer,
                          
“ Really , have you brought anything for me ? ”, she asked,
                          
“ yup! ”, I told her giving her a small shopper, she grabs it taking out a box of paints and a drawing pad, 
                          
“ Wow! I loved it ”, she exclaimed with her sparkling eyes, she reminds me of that  little girl and I felt a sudden urge to slap Ariz,
                          
“ Wanize go to your room and play with it ”, I said , she hummed and walked out of the room.

“ Take it Dado ”, I said passing a bowl of sweet that aunt made for us especially for me and Ariz,
                          
Speaking of him, it was 12:00 am, and we were all sitting on Dado's room, chatting about random things, and he was still not at home, 
                          
“ Somebody calls Ariz, where is he ? ”, Papa said out of concern, “ Yeah I called him but his phone is switched off ”, told Bare Papa, 
                          
“ Saima did he told you something ? ”, he asked aunt, “ he called me in evening and told me that he might get late ”, she said,
                          
“ He might have some really important work to do ”, I said sarcastically but no one seems to sense sarcasm in my tone,
                          
All of a sudden the door flickered opened as Ariz comes in, he looked tried his hair was messy and sweet was dripping from his face, 
                          
Everyone asked him where he was, and he answered all of them by saying “ There was a kind of emergency, my friend had a car accident he was unconscious and some people brought him to the nearby hospital and called me, I rushed there and till now I was there ”,
                          
“ Which friend ”, asked Nadir , “ You don't know him ”, he replied , “ Is he okay now ? ”, asked Bare Papa, to which he nodded,
                          
“ But you told me that you have a lot of work to do today ”, Aunt reminded him,
