A/N: okay so, first of all, I don't even remember how many months I skipped here but definitely it wouldn't be winter on the fanfic universe, but let's just pretend it is for the sake of it. Thanks lmao

Chester's POV

The winter bowl was tonight and I hadn't asked Mike to go with me yet. Of course we would go together but I wanted to make a proper invitation.

I had already set it all up with Dave, Rob and Brad. Yes, Brad. He had begun to talk to us again and he pretty much just ignored his mom, thankfully. Mike was very happy to have his best friend back and I was happy for him. I warned Brad that if he hurt Mike in any way, he'd have to deal with me and he wouldn't like it.

Anyway, I had planned to surprise Mike with roses at school and then ask him to go with me, but Dave gave a much better idea. We would bring Mike to the very known park and then I'd smoothly ask him and then Dave and Rob would throw the petals over us, all of this at sunset time. Mike would be so happy. I was excited but also nervous.

"C'mon, we have to go!" I said excitedly to Mike.

"Can't you tell me why-" He asked but I interrupted with a kiss and he groaned when I parted from him.

"No, it's a surprise." He just smiled goofily and we headed to the park.

As we were arriving there I could already see what the guys had set up for us. Nothing too fancy but a bouquet of fifty red roses that I had asked for to give to Mike. I picked it up from the bench where it was settled and motioned got Mike to sit. He was already smiling nonstop and blushing. I had spent a lot of money to get all of that, but it didn't matter - if it made Mike happy, I'd spend millions.

"So... do you know what a bouquet of fifty red roses means?" I asked smiling wryly at him, standing while he was sitting.

"N-no." He said shyly, still blushing while gazing at the flowers.

"It means 'my love for you is limitless'. It means that I'll never love anyone like I love you, Mike. And I will be sure to let you know that every single day." I said looking into his eyes, delivering all my heart to him.

"Oh, Chaz..." he said blushing even more while he tried to contain tears.

"With that I want to ask you: do you accept to go to the winter bowl with me?" I said kneeling on one knee and bowing my head, offering the roses to him.

"Of course! You didn't have to ask-" I kissed him passionately tossing the bouquet carefully aside. Soon the rain of petals fell over us and Mike parted away from me to see what was falling over him.

Seeing red petals falling over him, he smiled even wider if possible and his eyes started to brim with tears. I held his face and smiled at him.

"I love you so much." He said letting the tears fall with a sob. I hugged him with my eyes closed and kissed his neck while caressing his hair. I loved this man.

We ran to our home after Mike stopped crying and I thanked the guys, who kept hiding all the time behind the trees.

We took a shower together to go faster, nothing but sloppy kisses happened and soon we were dressed and ready to go. Mike was dressed in a navy blue tux with a black bow tie while I was wearing a black tux and black bow tie. He looked gorgeous, absolutely stunning as I watched him come downstairs.

"You are so hot." I mumbled capturing his lips and he smiled into the kiss.

"So are you." He bit my lower lip and kissed me again. We smiled to each other and went to the car.
