"Ok in 3....2......."
"..1..." I said as I took off the glasses and stared into sky blue eyes... "My Irean...." I said as I looked away for a second. "I guess this is one way for you to find out almost everything..." I laughed a bit, to be honest I kinda knew it was him but I didn't know for sure.
"I guess.... Wait who was the girl who cheated on your friends boyfriend....?"
"I...I...It's classified..." I said as I walked to my desk and sat down..
"Was it..." His eyes widened.
"If you want to know so badly see for yourself...." I said as I gave him my phone and he scrolled through the most recent photos then I heard when he clicked on the video. "I'm sorry... I didn't know what to do..."
"It's fine... It's better knowing sooner then later.." he said as I had a flashback of when I caught James and that girl...
"I understand... the same thing happened with me and James, except I walked in while he was doing it with the lover.."
"Oh..."
"It's fine, Anywho lets get back to the job application shall we?"
"Don't you know me enough all ready?"
"Yes and you got the job, I just need to find the paperwork.... Here!" I said holding a stack of papers.
"That's a lot!?"
"Well... as my future secretary you will know more than anyone else here and I must trust you with my life and my secrets... All of them, this scares me so please be honest while filling these out.." I looked at him and he nodded as I gave him the paperwork and he filled them out one by one.
"What the?"
"WOOPS WRONG PAPER!!" I said as I took away the drawing.
"What was that even?"
"Um it's fan art..."
"Why is she a mermaid with wolf ears.... *then he smirked* Care to fill me in on who this guy is?"
"It's my OC I just mixed up with the coloring!!"
"Uh-huh... right cause if I didn't know any better this looks like a pic of you and me.." He smirked.
"I-It's Not!!"
"Now that I think of it you would look pretty hot as a mermaid."
"LAURENCE!! WE NEED TO TRY TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY!!" I said flustered. 
"Right..... says the one who draws 'Fan Art'.." He said as he went back to reading and signing the documents.
                          
~2 hours later~
                          
"Ok the paperwork seems to be done correctly, nothing seems out of place, let's take you to your office. Actually your going to share it with Rika as she hasn't yet retired but once she has this room will be yours." I said as I opened the door to the secretary office.
"Nice, So when do I start?" He asked.
"The office closes at 8, it's almost 7:30, I think it would be best if you start tomorrow, since we have school and such I think it would be best for you to work on weekdays, when we have school, from 4:30-8:00. For the rest of the days or if we have no school, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, would be the best, Sunday's and holidays are off, You can chose to work at home but you must check in on the office at least once to twice every week. As for winter break, you have off from Dec. 21 to January 4th, summer is from  June 1 to July 28th, if you are not going anywhere then it would be best to check in. As for sick days, you are allowed to have 3 sick days per month, if you don't use them they add up to next month so if your not absent for 3 days one month the next you can be absent for 6, you cannot surpass 30 days for sick days though when they are added up. If you have an event that was not planned for, funerals, hospital visits, it's an excused absence, but don't take this for granted or you may get fired, and take note that during these types of excused absences you don't get paid." I then looked at him who was nodding. "As secretary you are to answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, organizing and servicing meetings, managing databases, prioritizing workloads,implementing new procedures and administrative systems, liaising with relevant organisations and clients, coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks, logging or processing bills or expenses, acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients, and recruiting, training and supervising junior staff. All of which Rika will help you with for the first 3 months then your on your own. Understand? Also NO ANIME TYPE RELATIONSHIPS, if you have a relationship with someone in the business, please don't make out with them or anything in this building. Outside of here you can do whatever the heck you want but in this building it is strictly professional, Meaning no flirting with any of the female clients or co workers in this building, including myself. If your fought doing this, let's use penalties, you get one penalty card once you get 3 your out. Do I make myself clear?" I said seriously.
"Yes ma'am."
"In this building you are to address me as Mis. Lycian, as I shall address you Mr. Zavhl. All co workers have their last names on a pin that is attached to their outfit, by which you address them by. Clients on the other hand you call them by their first names. Heads of corporations you call them by their Last name for example we work with Mr. Ro'mave, Garte, and my uncle Mr.Lycian Derek. The only time you may call them by their first name is if they ask."
"Wow.. that's a lot."
"I own a multi billion dollar company, it's expected." I said as I looked at my watch. "Seems like office hours has ended. I expect to see you here tomorrow as it's your first day, at 4:30, no later than 5:00 since there tends to be traffic as there is rush hour, and we have school." I stated as we took the elevator down to the lobby. "A limo will pick you up tomorrow at around 4:15. Your finished with soccer practice at 4:05, so I don't see it as an issue unless you take 10 minuets to just do your hair...."
"I don't take that long!"
"Yes, Mr. Zavhl, you do, you may not realize it,but from what your father said in the recommendations, you do.." 
"Ok, ok. I'll see you." He said as he got into cadenzas car and I nodded. As my limo came and I got in and I got to my house.
"How was work?" I heard as I opened the door.
"It was good mom. How about you."
"Stressful but ok."  She said as I walked up to my room where my book bag was already. I got changed into sleep ware and did my homework.
"Hey (Y/n)!"
"Hey Aph what's up?"
"We just got invited to go to a beach resort!"
"Did I get knocked out again?"
"NO silly why?"
"No reason..."
"When is it from so I can call it a break week for my employees and co workers.."
"From Sunday to next Tuesday!"
"Ok let me just change the business calendar."
"God all you talk about when you get home is just business! You need to live a little."
"This business is not just any business, it was my father's.. it goes down generation to generation... It means a lot to me."
"Oh, I see.."
"No you don't, but thanks."
"So who is the new secretary?"
"Zavhl, Laurence."
"Pfft! What happened when you found out!?"
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I wanted to keep it a surprise!"
"It wasn't that much of a surprise, honestly, you had all your group of friends sign it except for him."
"True, oh well I tried."
"Thanks though.." I smiled and she smiled back as she walked out the room and closed the door.
