Knock! Knock! Knock!

You woke up to the sound of someone knocking on your door. You slowly stood up as your rubbed your eyes and yawned. You got off of your bed and then walked over to your door. You turned the doorknob and slowly opened the door. Kate and Ryan stood at your door.

"(Y/N), we are going to the store to get groceries. We'll be back as soon as possible," Kate said as you nodded in responce.

"Please take a shower. It's already past noon," Ryan stated as you again nodded in responce. They then waved goodbye as they then walked down stairs. You waved goodbye as well as you watched them leave.

You then sighed as you decided to take a shower as Ryan had suggested. It's been three days since your birthday and you haven't left your room in the slightest. You have been too paranoid to do so.

Those eyes felt like they were still on you. They followed you everywhere. Your bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, and everywhere else you went in the house.

They were everywhere, and there was nothing you could do about it! You would tell Kate and Ryan, but you didn't want them to worry about you any more than they already did.

You sighed as you then walked to your bathroom, those eyes never leaving you. You locked the bathroom door behind you as you made sure you had a towel. Once you saw the towel on the towel rack, you began undressing.

You finished undressing as you turned the water on. You waited for it to become hot. Once the water was to your liking, you turned on the showerhead.

You stepped in, letting the water hit your face. You smiled a little at how good it felt. You continued to close your eyes, letting the water hit your face as you listened to the water hit the bottom of the bathtub. 'This feels so good' you thought to yourself.

"Yeah, it sure does," your small voice said, agreeing with you. You smiled a little as you then washed your hair and body.

"I'm glad your taking a shower right now... It's so nice and relaxing," the strong voice admitted as you then rinsed off. You then turned off the the showerhead and got out. You reached for your towel and felt that it wasn't there. You opened the shower curtain and saw that it was gone.

"Didn't you see it there earlier?" Your small voice asked. You nodded to yourself.

"Ah! Maybe it was a ghost or maybe a demon!" The strong voice screamed. You cocked an eyebrow and then shook your head.

"Are you stupid? There are no such things as ghosts and demons!" Your small voice yelled. You nodded, agreeing with your small voice. 'Or even demon clowns,' you thought as you recalled back to when you read "It".

You looked around your small bathroom, looking for a towel. Nothing. You sighed as you then slowly opened the door. 'Huh? It's unlocked' you thought to yourself. You looked down the hall and saw no one.

You slowly walked down the hall, trying to cover yourself with your hands. You made your way to the laundry room, located down stairs. You knew there were towels there because you had put some in the dryer last night and had never collected them. You walked in to the laundry room and then straight to the dryer. You opened the dryer and looked inside. Nothing.

You sighed as you then walked out of the laundry room and upstairs. You walked to your room, opening your bedroom door and seeing your towel, along with the other towels on your bed. They were neatly folded and stacked on the edge of your bed. You walked over and then grabbed one of the towels sitting there. You quickly began drying off.

Once you finished drying off your body, you bent over and then wrapped the towel around your head. You stood back up and then smiled.

Ding!

Your phone went off. You walked over to your phone, sitting on your bed. You picked it up and realized you got three unread messages from an unknown number. You unlocked your phone and then clicked on your messages. You then opened the messages from the unknown number and began reading them.
