I did as Abdullah instructed. Basma's school was a 20 minutes drive and its a minute pass 10pm. So the road would be clear. I finished my isha prayer and made dua for Abdullah? my self and my family.

I had just fallen asleep when I heard a knock on the door. I opened my eyes rubbing away the sleep from my left eye. I yawned a little as I dropped my legs from under the duvet. I heard another knock follow the first and I quicken my pace. "Who is it?" I mumbled from behind the door. "Abdullah." He answered in the same tone I used. Not thinking twice I unlocked the door with so much anticipation.

I tried to examine his face when he shut the door behind him. Before he couldn't say anything i gave him a warm hug as he placed his hand on my waist. His face still had a bit of anger and there was a hint of saddess in his eyes. "I'm sorry about what happened today." From his gloomy tone and the way he couldn't meet my eyes he knew he meant every word.

I placed my hand on his shoulders "Hey. It's not your fault." He let of a sigh probably of distressed. Before returning back to bed with me. "I returned her back to her hostel. And Yushrah would still be here so as to take care of Umma. But i instructed her not to come upstairs at all so. You are safe here."  He cupped my face, "You would be fine In Shaa Allah. I hope Yushrah doesn't give you any issues?."I shook my head, so far she always just minds her business.

"I love you. I hopw you know that." I looked away shyly. "And if my mother or anyone says any thing disheartening to you or even close to it. Do not hesitate to tell me. I dont like seeing the rock of my life with a long face." He maintained eye contact with me searching my eyes as he said each word. I moved in capturing his lips with mine. "Rock of my life." I mumbled.

I felt little fingers following the hair of my brows. It moved to my cheeks then my lips i opened my mouth to bit Nana's finger with my lips but she withdrew back giggling. " Good morning mummy." I slowly opened my eyes and I see her in her all white and royal blue uniform. "Morning Nana."

I turned for Abdullah and he was no where to be found. "Where is daddy?" I asked her. She tried to climb the bed so I helped her with it. "I saw him talking to Umma and Aunty Yushrah downstairs in Umma's bedroom." Maybe they called him or he met them for a talk.

"Hmm... What where they saying." Nana has always been known for talking too much and saying the truth, She never lies. Which some times its a good thing like right now.

"I came to parlour one running with elsa in my hands. Aunty Yushrah saw me and told me to stop running and go back upstairs. And I found you sleeping. But Umma mentiond your name maybe she wants to see you." The door opened and Abdullah stood by the door. He smirked resting his shoulder on the door frame before folding his arms "Well. Well what do we have here."

She jumped down. "Dadddddy!...i was just telling mummy that i-" Did I mention her truthfulness is
Sometimes good? Well here is the bad part. "Nana. You wouldn't want to tell daddy about our secret now would you." My heart almost skipped. It would have been awkward if she had mentioned What i had asked.

"Hmm.. Haka ne ko" He glared at her, "Oya go and meet Hauwa I told her to make you pancakes with honey." She nodded sprinting out holding her doll elsa.

(Haka ne ko: its like that?)

"How was your night." He asked taking further steps into the room. "It was magical." I answered with a grin. "I noticed you don't do your vlogs anymore." I face palmed my self. "I am too busy wallah. I am even thinking of removing a few from the youtube chanel." He nodded understanding.

"I spoke to Umma, And she said she wants..A direct apology from you." I almost rolled my eyes but I held them because it was his mother we were talking about here. "Again?. We talked about this yo-" He cut me “I know we did. But its just a simple sorry,  I mean that's what makes better than the rest, we Forgive people who wronged us. I know she hurt you but look at the bright side-"
