While Alyssa had always been on her own on the Ark and she felt she had to fend for herself, she still had her father and Finn watching her back. Then when they landed, Octavia was there with Finn and Clarke, and soon enough Bellamy. And now, with Alyssa's trust in Clarke fading and Octavia's distance with her to interact with the man she loves, she was literally alone. Raven disliked her and in all honestly, Marcus couldn't wield a machete or knife and wasn't the best aim.

Actually, he'd do better shooting if he was tipsy. Or at least that's what she remembered. She hadn't really inspected his aim because she's had to fend for herself.

The young girl was on more edge now that Indra, the women who had a smug smirk plastered across her lips as she dug a blade deep into Alyssa's skin, was in camp with a small army. Octavia was at her side, the two girls simultaneously scanning the room. Differences between Sky persone and Grounder was rather tremendous. Sky People were armed to their teeth, protective vests splayed across their chests.

As for the Grounders... and, well, Octavia who was allowed weapons, they wore their regular animal skin vests and protective gear, some with dark or faded tattoos. The commotion was unsettling, Alyssa scowling as her muscles and tendions screeched in protest with each weak movement. If things were to backfire, she'd be in an even bigger hole.

"All right." Marcus spoke up, looking around. "Quiet down." He stated firmly and both Grounders and Alyssa rolled their eyes or murmured under their breath.

"Way to take the horse by the reins Dad." Alyssa muttered, her hands gripping her belt. Marcus gave his daughter an unapproving look before saying something softly to Indra. The darker skinned women began to walk down the walkway, her eyes weary. A guard from the Ark leaned down in between Alyssa and Octavia's shoulders with a smug look.

"Don't worry. My shock batons got your back." He smirked, his eyes raking over Alyssa's body. Octavia kept her soft eyes locked on Indra as she crossed her arms.

"How about you shove it up your ass instead." She spat at the man and Alyssa smirked softly, sighing in amusement.

"Hit on me or O again and I'll kick your ass so hard you choke on my boot." Alyssa muttered and Octavia snickered.

"I know we don't have a lot in common." Marcus began his "inspiring" speech.

"Bullshit." Octavia and Alyssa muttered in unison. The two looked at eachother and smirked before diverting their gaze back to Marcus.

"But we do have a common enemy and a common goal. For us to reach it, for us to get our people out of Mount Weather, we need to work together." He looked to Indra and nodded briefly. "Skaikru and Trikru." Alyssa's eyes surveyed the area and her eyes landed on a Grounder squaring Murphy up. She narrowed her bright eyes, watching as Murphy began to talk. She cursed under her breath, ducking beneath a Grounder ahead of her. She rushed toward Murphy, curses leaving her lips left and right.

She wasn't stealthy enough and the bastard shoved the Grounder back. He went to attack him but Alyssa elbowed his throat and kicked him back while glaring at him. He grunted and grabbed at his throat, gasping for air. "What the hell ya trying to do? You down to your last brain cell you idiot?" She spat. Not because she was angry at him because she saw the Grounder go for him and a fight is a fight. It was because Murphy was one of the 100 and she was having serious withdrawals from her friends. Murphy may not amount to much but he was there through it all. He understood.

"Mr. Murphy." Marcus snapped, looking over his daughters shoulder at the young boy. Alyssa sighed, leaning back on one leg and sighing as she glanced at her father. "Apologize to that man."

"Why? He's the one who came after me." He snapped and scoffed as he glanced at Alyssa. "You think that's fair? You usually have reason even if your batshit crazy."
