"Hoseok?" I say, poking his back with a pencil.

"Yeah?"

"Do you wanna go to that place again today?" I ask, watching him shut his locker and turn around, greeting me with a friendly smile,

"Sure, I hope the kittens are still there," He laughs, pulling my sleeve and dragging me into chemistry.

I laugh, sitting down at my desk, glancing at Jimin from across the room.

He has a window seat.

He's doing it again

Ruining my innocence as I stare endlessly at him, admiring him.

My jeans get tighter as the period starts.

All I can think about is him.

"For this project, you get placed into a group of three picked by yours truely," My teacher spits out, laughing out loud.

"I'll need all of you to write your names on an index card, fold it inhalf, and place it in this hat..."

We follow the instructions, getting up one by one to give up out papers.

"Okay first group is Min Yoongi and..." She hesitates, staring at the next card.

"Jeon Hoseok and..."

We look at each other, smiling brightly,

"And Kim Taehyung,"

jesus we're gonna get a single fucking thing don-

"YOOOOOOOOOOOONGIIIIIIIIIIIII"

"Hey Tae,"

"I haven't talked to you in so long I'm so excited," He admits, pulling a chair up next to mine.

I smile up at Tae, then at Hoseok, "I mean, you are one of my best friends," I lied, biting my lip anxiously.

"Don't lie to the poor kid," Hoseok laughs, pulling the chair in front of me around and sitting on it backwards.

I laugh, rubbing the back of my neck, "Yeah,"

We have to draw something that represents what the word love means to you.

It's difficult to write about love when all that you've loved, eventually gets taken from you.

Something about love that confuses me.

I don't even know if I love Jimin.

Or if I like the fact that he's in love with me.

My emotions and thoughts about love never really recollected after my mom passed. It's like a missing piece of me.

---

"I don't know what love is," I say, leaning my head against Tae's shoulder.

"But you love Jimin right?" Hoseok asks, picking out a pencil from his bag and placing it on the desk.

"I mean, I do, don't get my wrong, but there's something inside of me that tells me I don't," I reply, looking over at Jimin.

"You loved your mom Yoongi," Tae says, patting my head lightly.

I take a deep breath, "I know,"

"You understand what the feeling of love feels like," He runs his fingers through his hair, "Do you feel it with Jimin or no?"

I look up at Tae, "It's a different type of love man. A love that was made to stay with you forever and it's just gone?"

"I'm so empty," I reply, biting my lip lightly.

Jimin's pov.

I glance over at Yoongi, placing his head on Taehyung.

I gulp and bite my lip.

Could he not?

"Jimin can you grab my pencil bag for me please?" Rosé asks, leaning over the desk, pointing intensely.

I nod, turning around only to feel a kiss on my cheek.

"What the hell," I say, throwing her pencil bag at her.

"What it was just a kiss,"

"I have a boyfriend,"

"He didn't see it,"
