Jake and I went back downstairs together to find Harold, Mason, and Katheryn still in the dining hall, talking. We both took seats beside each other, waiting till the others were done their conversation. Once they stopped, Katheryn took a look at us and asked if we needed help with anything.

"We actually need to tell you guys about something that might go on at school tomorrow," Jake said, unsure of which was the right way to start the conversation. Harold then gave us both a serious look showing that he wanted to know what was going on.

"Well tell us then, is it serious?" Katheryn asked, starting to get concerned.

"Yes, it is a very serious matter," I said, "there is a rumour going on around the school that there will be a shooting that will occur at the school tomorrow. Apparently, it will be caused by one of the students of its own, if this ends up being true, we will need back up there. I'm not saying that we will need a lot of people, but maybe we can send a van to the school for the day with different types of guns that Jake and I could use in case this rumour becomes true. It will just be a precaution so we will be prepared to attack in case this whole thing actually happens."

"Let alone innocent people, but we have our friends there too. If it comes down to it, we need to be there to protect them." Jake said, letting the others know what he wanted.

"I think you should let them have one of the vehicles at the school, Harold. They need to be ready if anything happens, they need to have the equipment that they need to protect themselves." Katheryn said, placing her hand on Harold's arm.

"I agree, I will send one of the vans to the school with you with some extra men as well. You can pick out the weapons you'd like to bring with you from the gun range. The vehicle will stay at the school once it drops you and Jake off. We will have full contact with it from here while it's there so if any of you need to contact us here, you'll be able to do so. As for right now, you both should go to bed. You'll have a big day tomorrow." Harold said, already calling some of his men over to start instructing them. We thanked him and went our own ways.

I had remembered to set my own alarm the previous night so Jake wouldn't have to wake me up and I have no time to get ready. I woke up to my alarm going off and me debating if I should really go to school that day, but I got up anyway. I got up at a time so I would have a good hour and a half to get myself ready without having to rush. It first started off with a quick shower and getting changed. After fixing my hair and putting on a bit of makeup, I made my way downstairs to meet Jake getting himself some breakfast. We ended up talking for a bit and then went to the gun range to pick out the guns we wanted to bring with us.

After picking out the guns we wanted to bring with us out of the large variety that we had, Jake and I brought out the guns to the van with the rest of our stuff. We continued to get ourselves ready to go until it was time for us to leave for school. Harold sent an extra two men to stay in the van while it was at the school so they could give us the guns if we ended up needing to use them. Once we got to the school we told the men to park in the back so they wouldn't appear suspicious in any way. Jake left first out of the van as I followed. We then got together with the others as we tried to remain as normal acting as possible. I think we all had the same thought in the back of our minds of constant wondering if the shooting was actually going to happen or not.

The day went along pretty normally, that was until gym class. Gym class was set in the second period, right before lunch started. We all got changed into our gym clothes and headed to the gym, hoping not to be late. We were in the middle of playing a game of basketball when the shoots went off.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Everyone screamed and ran to the back door of the gym. It was all a mushed up blur of actions going on at once, people running left, right and centre in a panic of escape. The teachers yelling at the students to leave the building combined with students trying to break free of being in the building itself made the tension and panic rise even higher than before. Since me and the others were in the same gym class we all got out together at the same time, or so I thought. Once we left through the back gym doors, we were then invited to the back parking lot to where we had the van parked. Everyone ran everywhere all at once, teachers were already outside directing students on where they should be going and you could already hear sirens coming our way. I turned around to see if I had eyesight of all my friends, but I was missing one, Sally. I ran up to Jake and told him that I thought that Sally was still in the school and that we needed to go and find her, he agreed and said that we should go and get the guns from the van. And so we did. I told the others to go and find a safe place to stay for the moment and Jake and I went straight to the van, trying to make it as little as noticeable of what we were doing. The men waiting in the van opened up the door to seeing us coming rushing towards them, we told them that we needed our guns given to us and they did just so.
