Before the group could leave the Mystery Shack to resume their quest to save the multiverse, Ford had to give them a few things for them to be fully prepared. He had revealed to the group that he was scanning the vortex in the sky with a machine that was inside the shack's basement. He had taken pictures of the items that fell out of it and has spotted androids that fell out as well. Ford even stolen a weapon from one of them and he used reverse engineering to create other weapons out of it's energy. From the weapon he stole, he made bombs and shields generators and tested them already.
After Ford gave them the weapons he had made, the group left the shack with Dipper by their side. However, they had to watch out for any more of those androids as they travel, for only most of them suspected that they all belonged to the Glitch King. Dipper, while riding on Rainbow's back, cautiously looked around as well. But, he still had some questions for the rest of the group.
"Um, guys?" Dipper finally got attention from the others. "I was just wondering. Where did you all come from? I'm just being curious?"
"Beacontown." Jesse said.
"Equestria." Rainbow said.
"Rabbid Peach and I were from the Mushroom Kingdom." Mario said.
"Inkwell Isle." Cuphead said.
"Okay." Dipper held his right arm. "How did you all meet each other?"
"So, it all started when I saved Jesse from falling to his demise." Rainbow explained. "Then, a little mushroom guy named Toad brought us to this castle where we met Mario and Rabbid Peach. We traveled through a forest and Jesse and Mario fought a merged beast they defeated with Cuphead's help, and I returned to them with Rabbid Peach by my side."
"So, we all had weird first impressions with each other." Jesse added. "Now, I wonder who are we going to meet next now that we are here."
The whole group fell into silence again. But suddenly, they all heard the sound of mechanical laughter from far away. Already alert, Cuphead ran to find the source and the others followed him. Soon, they all stopped and hid behind a nearby building. Over there, they spotted a group of five androids placing a bomb inside of a small car. Jesse curiously raised an eyebrow at them. But then, another came by with what seemed to be a young girl about sixteen with black hair that had red at the tips. The girl was wearing a white shirt under a black and red corset with a matching skirt. She wore black and red thigh-high socks with matching combat boots and a red, hooded cape hung from her back.
The girl had a piece of cloth that covered her mouth and her wrists were tied behind her back with a rope. Her yells of fury were muffled as she squirmed in the robot's grasp. The silver android was carrying her to the tiny car. Once he was close enough, he placed her into the car's seat with haste. The girl stopped squirming and yelling and she gave the android a glare along with a growl. Meanwhile, one of the six androids went behind the car and slapped it's rear. With that done, the car started to shake and the girl's eyes widen. Then, the car started moving and she let out a muffled scream. Because of that, the androids laughed.
"Adios, Little Red Riding Hood!" One of the androids said as they laughed.
"Enjoy your rough road trip!" Another laughed as well.
"What a bunch of jerks." Dipper said.
"And that poor little girl," Mario replied with a sad look on his face. "Look at what she has to go through right-a now."
With a growl, Cuphead aimed his Blast Cannon at the androids. That suddenly got Jesse's attention, so he placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Not now." He said. "We need to get away from them. We don't want to grab their attention, now do we?"
