Her phone just keep on ringing.  And I am calling her risking the possibility of running my money for call cards. 
                          
Jeez answer the phone Beatriz...
                          
"What?"
                          
"I watched sa livestream, sorry."
                          
"I don't need that now. Bye"
                          
Tooot toot toot...
                          
I almost throw my phone when I heard the beep. Hay women!!
                          
Flashback to two days before   I leave for HK.
                          
"Sorry, Its just that I can't say no lang."
                          
I hold her hands that is resting in her lap. Pero hindi katulad dati na kapag hinawakan ko siya, usually mas hihigpitan niya ang hawak sa kamay ko o kaya paglalaruan niya ang mga daliri ko. This time she just let me hold her, walang kahit ano. By that I already know na hindi ok sa kanya.
                          
"'di'ba Ok lang naman maging honest tayo sa isa'-isa?"
                          
Her voice is close to crying, arrgghhh minsan ito ang ayaw ko eh, kapag nagtatampo siya sa akin. Masyadong nakaka guilty boses palang niya. The mere fact that she is showing me how vulnerable she is despite a strong-ish front she is giving everyone.
                          
"Yes Babe, offcourse. Like what you said from the start, honesty should be the strongest foundation of this relationship."
                          
"Then I'll be honest. Nakaka disappoint that I expected you to be there sa first game ko this season. Not just because you to show off. But you are the first guy and hopefully my last boyfriend. I love you, everything is new to me. I want sana na andun ka sa first game ko. I want you to be there. I don't know if kababawan lang yun o kung senseless lang talaga ako, basta I am actually looking forward to that day."
                          
I actually don't k ow what to say. I just gathered her in my arms. She didn't even tried to hug me back kaya mas ramdam ko ang tampo niya.
                          
"Babe, sorry ha. I understand naman. Pero kasi diba, hirap kasi eh. If only I could alam mo naman----."
                          
"No, its ok. Wala ka namang choice eh. Sinabi ko lang yung iniisip ko. Sorry if I am making you feel guilty."
                          
I just kissed her head and hug her even tighter.















                          
"Hey son, what's with the long face?"
                          
Its boss Manny V. I didn't notice him entering the restaurant's comfort room kakaisip kay Bea. Hay naku.
                          
"Uhm Boss, I don't know kung sensible na mag request ako sa inyo, kasi sa totoo lang po nakakahiya after all what you have done for the team."
                          
"Son, you could go directly to the point, no going around the  bush."
                          
The boss just shaked his head and trying to supress a smile.
                          
"There is this one girl back home. I think she needs me now, I mean physically. Kaso nakakahiya naman po na, alam niyo---"
                          
"Bea De Leon? Mahal na maha mo ano?"
                          
I dont kow how, pero alam niya. Pero wala na ako sa mood malaman pa kung paano niya nalaman.
                          
"Yes Sir, sobra. At sobrang nakokonsiyensiya ako na wala ako ngayon sa tabi niya. Pero alam ko din naman po na hindi---uhmm---pero wag nalang po."
                          
I was about to head over the door and leave when he caught my shoulder.
                          
"I heard you are her first boyfriend, alam ko din na kaya ka naghi hesitate magapaalam sa akin is because you somewhat hesitant about going home tonight and let her tantrums past tonight and that you are thinking she is just being too demanding."
