- Archies Point Of View - Today was Friday it had been 2 days since the winter formal. Veronica hadn't been responding to any of my calls or texts and she wasn't in school yesterday. -bye dad! I yelled as I walked out the house. I looked over to Veronicas house hoping she would walk out the door any minute. But after a few minutes I gave up and walked to school. I hated Cheryl she ruined everything! - hello Archie! Cheryl said as I stood by my locker. Speaking of the devil. - don't talk to me Cheryl. I growled. - oh what an attitude! Trouble in paradise? She said and laughed. - oh fuck your Cheryl. - excuse you. Is that how you talk to a lady? Why do you even care that she left you ? You would be better with me anyways Architkins. She said and touched my shoulder. - okay first of all only Veronica can call me that, second of all I love her and third get this in your head Cheryl you and me, that's never gonna happen. I said and slammed my locker walking away from her. - all right Archie I like it giving her a taste of her own medicine. Jughead laughed walking up to me. First lesson started Veronica was nowhere to be seen. I kept looking over to the door hoping she would walk through the door like she did her first day of school sitting down next to me and giving me a smile. But her seat stayed empty , and it did for the whole day. I walked home and then I sat in my room writing songs as the time flew away. I walked downstairs hoping dinner soon would be ready I'm starving. When I got down I saw that the table was set for three people. -um dad who's joining us for dinner? I asked confused. - well I wasn't sure if Veronica would be joining us or not. He said hopeful. I gave him a vague smile as I picked up the plate putting it away - I don't think she'll be coming dad. Sorry. I said and sighed. - you'll get her back son. He said and hugged me and then all of a sudden the doorbell rang. I went and opened the door.
