Worried to death I look at the time again. It's still 23:37, the same as 10 seconds ago, and I just can't. Why isn't she back yet? If she ran a 'little' late at the studio she probably would have told me! I jump off the bed and start walking circles in my living room, with my phone in my hand. Everytime I hear anything that sounds like footsteps in the hallway, I run to the door and check if it might be Dua. Last time I did that, like 10 minutes ago, I scared the crap out of our janitor. The pour man was just cleaning up our shit, when I started yelling something about Dua all of a sudden. 'Omg I'm so sorry, sir. I really thought you were someone else.' I told him and at first he was freaked out, but that only lasted for like a minute. Because after he had realised it was me and that he'd survived his heart attack, he let out a big sigh and moved on with his job. I quickly closed the door again and checked my phone if Dua had called or at least texted me. But no. Now, I'm still walking around in my living room, with my phone slowly dying at 2%. I just can't handle it anymore. Where the f is my girlfriend? Am I overprotective or paranoid to think that something might have happened to her? I don't know, but I am definitely not gonna stay here and continue to walk in circles. It's 23:50 already, and I'm pretty sure she is not at the studio anymore. I tried to call her a couple times but she never anwered, it went straight to voicemail. I quickly grab my jacket and walk towards the door for hopefully the last time tonight. I open the door, walk into the hallway and get into the elavator. I decide to call Dua's bandmember William, to check if he might know where she is. 'Hello?' He answers and it sounds like he just woke up. 'Hi, its y/n. Sorry for calling you this late but it's about Dua.' The elevator opens up and I walk to the exit of the building. 'Omg, is she okay? Did anything happen to her?' He asks me worried. 'I don't know, she never came home tonight. You guys were hanging out at the studio right?' 'Yeah, but that was about 3 hours ago already. If she didn't come home than where is she?' I walk through the revolving door as I hear a voice call my name from behind. I turn around to see 2 girls running my way. 'Can we please take a picture with you?' One of them asks me while the other grabs a pen and a notebook out of her bag. 'Of course.' I smile and take 3 pictures with them, one with the three of us and the other 2 with each one of them. 'Thank you so much, can I get your autograph too?' She smiles while handing me the pen and notebook. 'For who is it?' I ask while holding the pen still over the paper, waiting for an answer. 'Mila and Hazel.' As I'm writing down the names I tell them how beautiful I think they are, which made them blush a little. 'Why aren't you with Dua by the way?' The blonde one, Mila, asks me. 'Eh, well, she had to work tonight.' I managed to improvise. Telling fans that she is actually nowhere to be seen and just gone from the planet isn't the best thing to do I figure. The two girls look at each other with questioning faces as I was telling about Dua. 'But we literally just saw her at that restaurant over there.' My eyes widen as I hear what they just told me. 'Right, yeah.' I clear my throat before continuing. 'She had a meeting with her bandmembers after work.' Again they make surprised looks at each other. 'But there was just one guy sitting with her.' They say at the same time and I was just wonder-struck. 'Well, anyways. Thanks for the picture!' With a frown on my face I tell them goodbye and they smilingly walk away. 'Well, that was weird.' I mumble in myself and as I'm walking through the revolving door for the second time, I see her standing on the other side of the street.
