"What do you mean? What did you tell Belle?" I asked Nakesha worried, why was she crying?

"There are some thins that you need to know about your baby." Nakesha said and I frowned.

"What?" I asked her.

"You're going to be pregnant for nine months instead of five it will be just like a normal human pregnancy." Nakesha said and I looked at her confused.

"That has nothing to do with why Belle is crying, right?" I said as I looked at her.

"The months are nothing, the thing here Aria is when it's time for you to give birth to your daughter you will die." Nakesha said and I looked at her shocked.

"What?" I said, had I heard her correctly.

"You have to die in order for her to be born." Nakesha said and I didn't believe her.

"Why? You said that Eric had to die because of her, now you're saying it has to me too?" I asked her angry, how could she not tell me this before.

"That is how it has to be, it has always been like this for silver line wolf." Nakesha told me in a hard tone.

I shook my head.

"But when my mother gave birth to me she didn't die." I said, there had to be an option.

"That is because your grandmother died when she gave birth to your mom, and now it's your turn." Nakesha said as she looked at me.

"You're wrong." I said as I felt my eyes get watery.

"I'm sorry Aria." Belle said crying but I wasn't having any of it

"You're both insane!" I screamed at them, how could they even say that.

"Please Aria, calm down." Belle said as she walked towards me.

"Get out, both of you get our and leave me alone!" I yelled as I got them out of my bedroom.

I stayed in my bedroom all day long ignoring when people came to see me, I didn't let them in and I would not go down to eat or let them bring food for me. I slept day and night just waiting for it to stop, but it wouldn't. I knew a wolf could survive without food or water for weeks, even months.

I was lying on the bed when I felt something, I opened my eyes and saw Drew.

"How did you get in here?" I asked him, I had locked the door.

"I got in through the window." He said explaining.

I looked at him for a few seconds before I closed my eyes and tried to go back to sleep.

"Aria, eat this." Drew said as he placed a tray full of food on my bed.

I sat up but looked away, staring at the window where I could see the summer starting to show little by little.

"Aria, you haven't eaten in weeks now, and you haven't said a single word." Drew said as he looked at me worried.

I caught my reflection in the window, I was pale and skinny, my eyes seemed empty and hollowed, it was because my soul as well as my heart was shattered.

With him gone nothing made sense.

"Aria, for goddess sake just stop ignoring me!" My brother said as he grasped my shoulders and shook me.

I stared at his eyes, they were full of concern.

"Leave me alone." I croaked.

"Look at yourself Aria, I hardly even recognize you, you're killing yourself. You're killing the baby! Do you think Eric would like to see you this way?" Drew said as he looked at me angry.
