Chapter 7

                                    

                                          
Chloe's pov 
                          
*SKIPPING TO THE FULL MOON* 
                          
I woke up and I realized what day it was. Today is the day I shift. I'm hoping I'm strong I worked so hard and I came so far. I've grown to love Henry and Dan and they became family. 
                          
"Hey kiddo you ready for today" Henry said walking in and I nodded 
                          
"As ready as I'll ever be" I said 
                          
"GOD DAMMIT BUDDY!" Dan yelled and me and Henry laughed. 
                          
Buddy and Dan have not gotten along. Buddy has chewed so many of Dan's shoes and peed in them it's so damn funny. 
                          
"What did he do now" I said 
                          
"IT'S NOT PEE ANYMORE HE FUCKING POOPED" Dan yelled and me and Henry burst out laughing and buddy came up to me as if he did nothing and I chuckled. 
                          
"Oh boy why don't you like dan" I said and picked him up.
                          
"He's harmless" I said and smiled and gave buddy a kiss and put him back down and Dan glared at him and I chuckled. 
                          
"I swear you too" I said 
                          
"Learn how to keep your door closed dan" Henry said 
                          
"I'm gonna shower guys" I said and they nodded and I went to my room. 
                          
To be honest much has happened. Me and Henry are weird we have a weird bond we get along but we are very distant with each other like he we have a good conversation and then it's like he's so distant with me so I'll do the same. Me and Dan are totally different we are 24/7 laughing and having fun. Dan says not to worry much about Henry that's just how he is but I just don't believe it. 
                          
Henry has taught me so much about being a werewolf about packs, the alpha and Luna stuff, etc. 
                          
I got out of the shower and bruised my teeth and I tried off and got dressed. When I got out Dan had breakfast ready and Henry was setting up the tables and I started the coffee and put out the creamer and sugar. It became more of a routine we did this every morning we got used to it. 
                          
We finally sat down and started to eat. 
                          
"You ready chloe" Dan said and I nodded 
                          
"Yeah I think so I mean it's either I die or I live and whatever happens happens you know" I said and he nodded 
                          
"I mean what happens if I do completely shift then what" i said 
                          
"We will get you to a pack your wolf will defintely want a pack and we give you options on which pack and which ever pack catches your eye we will take you and get you settled" Dan said and I nodded
                          
"What about you guys" I said 
                          
"We go back to our pack Henry needs to he's long over due" Dan said and I nodded 
                          
"Sounds like a plan" I said and Henry got up. 
                          
"Excuse me" he said and he walked outside and I looked at Dan and he shrugged. I put my fork down and I followed Henry outside. 
                          
"Okay that's enough what the hell is your problem?" I said and crossed my arms. 
                          
"Excuse me" Henry said 
                          
"You have a conversation with me and we are perfectly fine then all of a fucking sudden you ignore me and your distant why Henry what did I do!" I said and he sighed 
                          
"Chloe don't start" he said 
                          
"Oh so I'm Chloe now because usually it's kiddo or pal" I said 
                          
"I'm only kiddo or pal when me and you are fine but when your distant and ignoring me I'm Chloe" I said and he looked at me. 
                          
"What henry! What the hell is it!" I said 
                          
"I'M ATTACHED TO YOU CHLOE I THINK OF YOU AS MY OWN FUCKING PUP AND IT'S GONNA BE HARD BECAUSE IF YOU DIE ITS LIKE I'M LOSING MY DAUGHTER AGAIN AND IF YOU LIVE I LOSE YOU ANYWAYS BECAUSE YOUR GOING TO ANOTHER PACK!" He yelled and it fell quiet and I ran to him and I hugged him. 
                          
"I'm scared too" I said and he hugged me back. 
                          
"I'm gonna do my best to stay strong during the shift Henry and if I do live it's not like I won't visit" I said and he looked at me and he nodded. 
                          
"Now stop being a downer Henry be happy because today I'm gonna survive this damn shift" I said and smiled and he chuckled 
                          
"Fine kiddo" he said and smiled we went back inside and finished eating our breakfast. It was good to find out why Henry was so hesitant and distant to me now I understood. I feel the same way though Henry is like a father to me and I'm glad we met.
