Hades couldn't get her out of his head, still. He soon started to watch her, never in person, but through minions. He grew more and more invested in her, and the need for her grew. As the days passed he discovered that she held a darkness inside her. Something there, but not, he desired this darkness inside of her was. The plan was then set in motion.

Hades when to his mother, Rhea, and asked for help. She approved and went to work. She first created Kora's favorite flowers with black petals. Then Rhea looked for an open field that Kora was bound to find. She placed the flowers in the deepest part and informed Hades the rest was up to him.

Kora was out picking flowers, as usual, when she saw a patch of black Borago. She went to investigate and try to figure out why they were such a dark color. She had never seen such dark flowers in this colorful field. As she sat next to the flowers, the ground opened up. Four black horses came out, pulling a chariot driven by a man dressed in all black. He swept her into his arms and went back down to the underworld. No one saw this happen, except Apollo, the God of the sun who sees all.

Kora was so bewildered. "Whats going on! Hades is that you? What are you doing? Please tell me why!" She was looking all around her with her hair swirling all over from the speed of the chariot. It was the darkest place she had ever seen. It amazed her and terrified her. Hades had a tight grip around her thin waist. He couldn't help but show a little smirk and feel the warmth from her. She was looking everywhere, trying to take everything in, and trying to steal a glimpse of light.

Hades looked down at her face of wonder, and worry. He flew straight into the throne room. He jumped off the chariot, and gently placed her on the floor.

"Hades please tell me what's going on. Why have you taken me down here?" She stood in front of him, hands on her hips and glaring. Hades stared at her, a grin crawled on his face. He couldn't help but feel accomplished. He had just stolen a piece of brilliant light from his brother's world. He just saved himself.

"I brought you down here to live with me, they will show you to your room." He walked away with his black cape fluttering in the air. In the low light, she watched as he slowly disappeared down the long hallway, his footsteps finally fading away. Feeling a tug on her tunic, saw someone, no something. It looked like a girl but wasn't. It wore a black robe with a hood over its head.

"Hello, I'm Kora, who are you?" she asked sweetly, but the thing had no interest in talking, and began walking the way Hades had left. She followed and turned left into the grand hallway; she followed with cation.

The room she entered was huge, with dark purple walls and a huge canopy bed in the middle of the room. There were many furs laid upon the bed, and white curtains hung down. To the left a lovely mirror with a table attached to it. The right held a huge closet. She stood in the middle of the room amazed by its size.

"I can not accept such a large room," Kora stated to the thing. When she turned around it was gone, and she was alone.

Hades was very happy while in his study. He was able to bring down the one person who would talk to him. He continued on his work, with a slight pep in him.

Kora walked around the room. There were so many strange things, and she touched everything. She went around and found herself in front of the closet. Opening it she found clothes of every color, texture, and thickness were there. She had never seen such detailed work on some, and others seemed like water when touched.

There was a soft knock followed by the door opening. Kora turned and saw the thing. It crooked, that dinner would be served soon. It then left without another sound.
