Before we start, I don't know the real reason why Mccree's arm is prosthetic. Comment if you know. Plz.

Mccree's POV:

I was awoken to the sound of a beeping monitor. My vision was filled with white light. A blonde woman walked up to me, she was holding a clip board. I assumed she was the nurse or somethin' around here. But, where was here? Where was I!

"Calm down Mccree." the woman said kindly. I hadn't noticed that my heart rate sped up.

"Who are you? And where am I? Last thing I remember was comin' to the Overwatch base on a helicopter."

"My name is Doctor Angela Ziegler, and you have nothing to worry about." her voice was professional, but sweet at the same time.

Angela's POV:

My diagnosis really was correct, he had amnesia, luckily his memory was not wiped to far back. But Hanzo was going to be broken after the news. I will tell him after finishing with Jesse.

"What happened to me?" He was inspecting his left arm. Had his memory been altered further!

"It was hurt during a battle when you were in Deadlock." I said. Hoping it would spark something.

"Oh yeah. I remember now. But lets move the topic. What happened while I was on the helicopter. I only remember boarding." he sounded genuinely confused.

"The helicopter had technical difficulties and you had been knocked out by a falling object overhead." I lied, but he believed me. He believed every word that left my mouth. "I need to leave now, to update the medical records. Stay here so you can rest before you meet the team."

I quickly left the room to find Jack. I told him the news and he told me that he would inform the rest of the the team to pretend we were meeting Jesse Mccree for the first time.

Hanzo's POV:

Angela told me she would meet me at the cafe to tell me the news on Mccree.

We decided to meet in the late afternoon. The room was empty except for the employee behind the counter. I heard her heels tapping as she entered the room. Her face looked worried. I sighed, for now I knew this news was would be terrible. She sat down and we traded greetings. I knew she saw the impatience on my face.

"Jesse has amnesia and he doesn't remember you or anyone as a matter of fact. I strongly suggest you wait until the official team greeting to see him." I am not going to the greeting, my face would be in tears and my life would end when I see Jesse's clueless face. The transition of having Jesse then suddenly having him disappear was awful. It hurt every part of my body when I thought about it.

"Thank you Angela, when will the meeting be?"

"Tomorrow, in the afternoon, I still need to run tests and make sure his face will heal properly. I also have more patients to attend to."

"I am willing to help with the other patients if you need it." Her face lit up when I said that.

"It would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Come with me and I'll get you started."

Shit, what did I do? Well, it was better than being alone in my room where my thoughts would take over.

------

After a long night of work I understand why Angela looked the way she did sometimes. I left to my room and fell asleep. I woke up in the evening knowing fully well I had missed the team greeting. Training will help me focus. I picked up my bow and headed to the practice range.

Mccree's POV:

When everyone walked into the room my eyes probably popped popped out of their sockets. There were so many people. I immediately found a liking in Tracer aka Lena Oxton. She seemed like a fun person to hang out with. The cyborg dude, Genji was a little interesting. I wonder why he had his armoured suit.

Dr. Ziegler had cleared me to go and Jack took me on a tour. Great facility, training centers, and rooms. It won't take long for me to adjust.

It was late and the sun was setting, I got Peacekeeper, which was returned to me after I had woken up, and walked to the the training center. As I entered I saw someone leaving on the other side of the room, the golden ribbons caught my attention the most.

I was interested to find out who that was. On my own I kept an eye out for gold ribbons for weeks but was unsuccessful. I wasn't dreaming. I know it. I asked Lena and she didn't know, usually she knew everything around the base, gossip or secrets.

With the help of Athena, I searched through the Overwatch database for a person with similar appearance. I found someone named Hanzo Shimada, he was related to Genji so I'll ask him next.

He was training when I found him. "Hey Genji, I have a few questions to ask you." He agreed and I asked him about Hanzo.

"Hanzo is my older brother, but if you are interested in finding him, he is stationed in Japan right now." He answered. "Anything else."

"But why does he have a room here? I passed by it earlier." I couldn't tell if Genji was lying or not because of the mask.

"He visits often and is assigned to missions around here too. Excuse me, I need to leave now." And with that he swiftly jogged out the door.

Hanzo's POV:

Thank God Genji helped me with Mccree. I was in my usual tree. My scope was in my hand.

I guess it's back to old habits.

Sorry for all of the perspective changes. Hope it was somewhat interesting.
