Complete and utter silence. It was driving Viktor insane. She came into the gym and started her routine workout all without saying a word to him. Was she angry? Was she going to press sexual assault charges on him? Holy shit she was going to press sexual assault charges on him.
"Viktor Durov! Get it together!" He mumbled to himself. Viktor's office was calm and soothing place. He made sure to keep it that way by making entrance by any of his employees forbidden. The smell of cinnamon filled the air as the wax slowly melted in the small pots. This truly was Viktor's safe haven.
"MR. DURRROOVV!"
Well, 90% of the time his safe haven wasn't so safe. There was always a small interference. An exasperated sigh escaped Viktor as the inspector, David, barged into his office. He had no choice but to put on the fakest smile in the world.
"What's the problem?"
"You still haven't fixed the leaky faucet in the women's locker room! Get it together man! Do you know what this could lead to? Mold, Mr. Durov! Mold!" David exclaimed. He continued to go on and on about the future of Vicious Fitness and how Viktor's carelessness could end it all.
"Get out." Viktor said flatly.
A scowl formed on David's face as Viktor stood abruptly. Viktor usually sat through the annoying inspector's rants but today was not a good day.
"Excuse me?"
"Get. Out."
An intense stare down began between the two. Viktor's agitated look proved to be too much for the old man. Without a word David was gone. There was just no time for bullshit today.

"Amari.""Hm?"
"It's your turn."
Amari looked up from her hands to see everyone's eyes all on her. They were judging her. Why was she even here? To share her story with people who didn't give a fuck?
"What was the question?"
"What makes you feel happy?"
"...I don't know anymore."
That was the truth. Everything that once made her feel happy was now the key to her anger. Family, friends, her job at the dealership and even cooking. Cooking only would only lead to her being alone with her thoughts.
"We'll there has to be something! When was the last time you had a nice big smile on your face? What made you smile?" Josh questioned. Oh Amari was sure he didn't want to know. The incident at the gym replayed over and over in her mind. To Amari's pleasure, the thoughts were extremely violent compared to what actually happened. Every single outcome made her smile.
"Uh last night. I was thinking about something. I can't remember what it was though," Amari lied. Of course she remembered that fucked up thought. All of the blood and screams flashed in her mind over and over.
"Well that's wonderful! Now tell me," Josh started. "Who's the most important person in you life right now?"
"My niece," Amari said nonchalantly.
"Good! The next time you are feeling the urge to hurt someone just think happy thoughts about your niece!"
If only it was that easy. The urge to hurt someone was becoming stronger and she didn't know why. She got rid of Patrick, quit her horrible job, and started gaining her weight back. What else could be triggering her?
'Big head!'
The sound of Mamu's voice rang gently through Amari's mind. Of course. The only person that ever showed her love was dead. She could get over it. All she needed to do was reconnect with her family and-
