Magnus pov
Ive been getting sick...its weird I mean Ive gotten sick when I was little but why now? I mean im dead, I have healing powers and im getting sick. It doesn't make sense! Ive been in bed all day, ive been sleeping for hours, and ive tryed medicine but....its not working. I got promision to skip battle from Helgi though so I guess that an upside. He didnt believe me at first but then he looked into my eyes which were blood shot, then he gave in.
Alex pov
Magnus has been in his room all day! *grones* why is he still there battle starts in 30 minutes! The rest of us are getting ready already and he's not here!
"Alex, are you okay?" asked TJ
"Yea, but wheres Magnus?" I asked "I havent seen him all day."
"Maybe hes just running late?" TJ said loading his bayonet
"But I havent seen him all day!" I said looking around
"Its only 2pm, Alex he could have just gone somewhere." said Halfborn who was putting on face paint in various patterns.
"I guess your right" I said calming down he could have just gone to meet Sam at the thinking cup or to meet Anabeth somewhere.....wait what if hes with a girl.....WHAT IF HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!
(After battle)
Magnus pov
I feel cold and tired I havent felt this way since I was like seven. I pulled the covers up from my shoulders to my neck. Why cant I heal my self? I asked my self. Then there was knocking at my door but I couldnt move to go see who it was. So in a very rational state of mind they kicked it open.
"Magnus" they yelled
"Who is it" I groaned
"Oh my gods are you ok?" asked Alex Fierro standing next to my bed
"Still unclear" I said trying to get up
"Oh, no Magnus your going to lay there and let me take care of you!" she yelled as if flustered
"Okay" I say laying back down I really didnt want to argue
"Ima go get you water, have you been drinking enough water?" She asked picking up my empty water bottle from the floor
"I think so" I replayed
"Good" she said walking to the kitchen
"Thank you" I said as I sat up and she gave my the water and sat in the chair.
"Why dont you just heal yourself?" she asked
"Ive been trying...its not working" I slumped back into the blankets
"I can see...but why?" Alex bit her nails as if scared
"Its probably just a fluke" I dug my head back into my pillow. Then I felt hands on my face Alex was about three inches from my face
"I will take care of you until your better ok?" she asked
"Okay" I said as a blush crept to my cheeks
"Do you have a girlfriend?" She asked randomly
"What? No" I replayed "why?"
"N-no reason" she stuttered
"Oh..." I was disappointed I really like Alex but she probably dosent like me shes way out of my league.
"Um....Magnus?" she askes
"Y-yea?"
"Do you want to go on a date with me?" she asked looking at me "you know once you feel better?"
"Yea" I answer too quickly "O-of course" Alex smiles
