"You never deserved the title of Captain.." Zayn scowled as they circled around each other. "You're nothing but a weak.. spineless.. fool. Always have been."
"Is that why you came crawling to me after the King killed your family?" Louis grunted. "You had no where else to go and we took you in."
"Is that why you betrayed me by throwing me overboard!?"
"I warned you to stay away from the Prince!" Louis looked over at Harry. "If you would have just listened to me.. None of this would have happened!"
"His father killed my fucking family, Louis!" Zayn shouted. "What would you do if you were in my shoes!"
"It wasn't his fault, Zayn!" Louis pointed to the Prince. "Can't you see that! He's innocent and all we've done is torture him and put him through hell for no reason!"
"Why do you keep defending that stupid royal?!" Zayn grew angrier. "He's not innocent! He comes from murdering scum!"
"No I-" Harry tried to speak.
"You shut the fuck up!" Zayn pointed his sword at Harry.
"No, Zayn.." Louis inched closer. "You shut up."
"You know what?" Zayn pointed his sword back at Louis. "I'm done talking in general.. Let's end this."
"Ladies first." Louis clutched his weapon tightly, waiting for Zayn to make a move.
Suddenly Zayn plunged his sword toward Louis, causing their weapons to emit a large clinging sound.
"You can do better than that.." Louis taunted.
Zayn grew more frustrated as he plunged toward Louis again.
Niall and Liam tried to jump in but Louis stopped them.
"No!" Louis hit Zayn's sword again. "This is between me and Zayn!"
The 2 men backed off, watching the fight ensue.
The sounds of their sword clinging filled the room as the duel continued.
"What's the matter, Captain?" Zayn chuckled. "Afraid you can't beat your best swordsman?"
"No.."
Louis did a sudden spin move, causing Zayn to lose his footing and fall to the ground.
He put his sword to Zayn's throat.
"I'm just trying to decide if I should kill you or not.."
"Do it." Zayn gulped, looking up at Louis. "Kill me.. right in front of your precious little prince."
Harry looked up at him with terror in his face.
"No.." Louis backed away slowly, looking over at the Prince. "I think he's seen enough.."
Zayn sat on the ground, waiting for Louis to make a move.
"Now, get out of here.." Louis grabbed Zayn's sword from the ground. "If I ever see you again.. you can best believe I will not be so kind."
Zayn nodded before running up the stairs and out of the basement.
"Captain?" Liam raised a brow. "Why did you let him live?"
"I guess you could say.." Louis smiled down at Harry. "I've gotten a little soft."
Harry smiled back, watching Louis approach him.
"Are you alright, Princess?" Louis untied his hands from his back.
Harry rubbed his wrists. "I think so.."
Louis looked deeply into his emerald eyes.
"Um.." The Prince cleared his throat. "Thank you for saving me.."
"Don't mention it." Louis chuckled under his breath. "It's kinda my fault you got in this mess in the first place."
Harry bit his lip, trailing down Louis' perfect features.
"So what do I get for saving you?" Louis leaned in.
"How about.." Harry smirked. "A kiss?"
Louis shrugged his shoulders. "Works for me."
Louis grabbed Harry by his curls, pulling him into a deep passionate kiss.
