**•**Blaine's POV**•**
They were married. Really married! The service went well, though it was awkward for Blaine and especially Kurt to be that close to God. A good portion of Kurt's family came and some of the Hudson family. Blaine's mom showed up with Cooper, but there was no sign of his dad.
Now, Blaine sat next to Kurt at the long, wedding party table. Sam sat on his other side and Rachel sat next to Kurt. All the other former New Directions were also at this table. The newer alumni had been there, but with the news of Ryder's crash Unique and Kitty went to see him. Jake said he wasn't ready yet.
It was nearing 6:30 now and many of the guests were sitting down to a meal and the room was filled with smiling, laughing people.
Then Sam stood up and clanged his spoon against his wine glass three times, ting! ting! ting! Slowly everyone stopped their conversations to turn his way.
He cleared his throat before saying, "I know we couldn't all be here tonight because of what happened to our friend, Ryder, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. But for those of us who are here, Mr. Schue, Mercedes, Puck and Quinn, Rachel, Mike, Artie, Santana and Brittany," he motioned to each person as he said their name. "Heck, even Rory, Joe, and Sugar made it!" He exclaimed, motioning to the far end where those three sat. He took a deep breath, looking kind of nervous. "I just want to thank them all for being here, representing The New Directions. Finally we get to actually celebrate the marriage of two of our best friends, Blaine and Kurt."
A few people clapped and Blaine looked to Kurt, adoringly. Kurt grabbed hold of Blane's hand from beneath the table and squeezed, hard.
Sam continued, "This is the first time that a wedding has gone through relatively smoothly, not counting Burt and Carol's wedding that is. Rachel and Finn's didn't happen..." everyone looked to Quinn, and she avoided their eyes. "...and Mr. Shue and Emma's wedding ended up being private... but here we are, actually at a wedding, together, as a family. Though we've all headed in new directions..." He paused for people to get his pun. A good portion of the audience caught his drift and chuckled. "... we have all come together on this day to wish Kurt and Blaine the best." he raised his glass, "So, a toast to Kurt for bringing us together and always inspiring us and a toast to Blaine for being one of my closest buddies, our bromance has been totally awesome!" With one hand he flashed the 'hang loose sign' when he said 'totally awesome'. "Though we still have yet to find the infamous Hogwarts jaguar." he finished saying, "May they live happily ever after!"
Blaine smiled, the two of them had watched Starkid's A Very Potter Musical, plus the other two sequels, in one weekend together, YouTube binge watching. Blaine got the reference, and yes, they still hadn't found the infamous Hogwarts jaguar or Hogwarts's hidden swimming pool...
Everyone clapped and Puck whistled. Sam sat down, a little red in the face. "Was that inspirational or what?!" he asked Blaine.
Blaine leaned over to his friend. "Thanks, Sam." They man-hugged and then Sam busied himself with sipping on his wine.
Blaine noticed Brittany and Santana whispering amongst each other and then Santana playfully shoved her girlfriend and they got up together.
The DJ was playing some laid back jazz then Santana went up to him and whispered in his ear. He nodded and turned off the music. Santana grabbed a mic and nodded to Brittany. Brittany took another mic and held it to her mouth, "Is this on?" she said a little too loudly. A screech! resonated from it and she pulled it away. "Wow, it's just a wedding, Mic." she told the microphone. "You don't have to be irritable, I'm just going to sing into you!" The audience laughed. Brittany recovered and smiled, "Okay, now that Mic The Microphone, not Mike Chang, and I are to an agreement I can say something. We, Santana and I, would like Kurt and Blaine to come to the dancing area!"
