Le Chapter Fourteen

                                    

                                          
You ran through the forest, just trying to get as far from Steve as you could.  The sun started setting, and quickly, monsters started appearing.  You looked around you, seeing skeletons, zombies, and spiders all around you.  You pulled out the wooden sword Steve had crafted for you and got ready to attack.  
                          
A zombie came at you, so you hit it with the sword until in collapsed.  You continued this with a few other monsters that came your way as you travelled through the forest.  But soon, you encountered a zombie with armor on.  You hit it with your sword a few times.  Suddenly, your sword broke in half.
                          
"Oh no..."  You say as you start to run away.  You suddenly feel a sharp pain in our shoulder, causing you to fall to the ground.  You look at your shoulder, seeing an arrow shot completely through it.  You whimper in pain quietly as you look around, seeing monsters close in on you.  You hear a dog growl in the distance.  You look down, ready to be killed by the monsters, but you're not.  You look up and see all of the monsters' eyes turn white for a moment and then suddenly collapse on the ground, dead.  
                          
"What the hell?"  You whisper as you stand from the ground.  You turn around and there is someone who you never thought you would ever see again.  
                          
"Y/N?"  He chokes out.  
                          
Hero... 
                          
You felt like sobbing in that moment.  It'd been so long since you'd seen him.  His once short stubble was now a full, unkempt beard.  His pure white eyes were duller, and red around the eyes, like he'd been crying.  
                          
"Hero?"  You spoke in a raspy tone, due, to your throat tightening up.  You only wanted to be in his arms again.  You didn't care if he hurt you.  Hero looked at you like he was going break at any moment.  You ran to him, wrapping your arms around his neck, placing your face in the crook of his neck as you started to cry.  He immediately wraps his arms around your waist, pulling you close
                          
"I-I'm so sorry, Y/N, please, please, forgive me,"  He stutters quietly into your hair.  
                          
"It's... it's okay, Hero,"  You respond, pulling away from him, but still keeping your arms around his neck.
                          
"I'm so sorry.  I never should've done that to you, you didn't deserve it.  I couldn't sleep, thinking about you and that you hated me.   I couldn't eat.  I couldn't bear to live with myself.  I'm so sorry,"
                          
"It's okay, I forgive you,"  You say, staring into his eyes, one hand on his cheek.  
                          
"I love you, Y/N L/N,"
                          
"I love you, too, Herobrine,"
