Countless ancient letters were laid out in front, but you were focused on the one that sat in front of you written in a very old dialect Spanish. It was so different from the current dialect that the Spanish spoke. You jumped when you heard a knock on the door. You carefully folded the letter and placed it into your journal before making your way towards the door. You looked into the peephole and were met with a familiar face of an old friend. You smiled as you opened the door to reveal the one and only Nathan Drake.

"Hello, Nathan! What brings you here?" You asked,  moving to the side so he could come in.             "I hope your ready for an another adventure, Scarlett," he simply said causing you to raise an eyebrow.

You let out an awkward laugh, "Ummm, I thought you were done with treasure hunting?"                "Well, I'm doing this for someone important to me," he vaguely told you which was starting to annoy you, but he was Nathan and Nathan was always vague.

"Does Elena know?" You asked sitting down on the couch and Nathan followed your actions, sitting down next to you.

"Somewhat," he shrugged with a guilty smile on his face. You shook your head but you couldn't help the feeling of excitement overfill you. It's been a few years since you last went on a big adventure. Your last adventure was with sully in Portuguese looking for some large relic but turns out that it had already been stolen.

"Nathan, i need more details than that," you said, shaking your head. "I don't even know what i'm looking for?"

Nathan sighed, nodding his head. "You're just going to have to trust me, Scarlett. There's an auction that's going to take place at the Rossi estate in Italy."

"Is that where were are heading?" You asked, still very confused about the whole thing." Wait when is this auction?"

"It's in two days," Nathan sighed, keeping his eyes trained on the coffee table in front of him. A miniature elephant statue sat on top of the table, reminding Nathan of the time you and him has traveled to India for a long lost relic. " Look Scarlett, you're one of the best translators and treasure hunters i know and I really need you with me on this."

You met Nathan's eyes and you could see the desperation in them. Whoever he was going on this adventure with must be really important to him. You nodded slowly, not being able to say no to him. "How can i say no to one of my best friends?"

Nathan grinned, patting your back. "I'll text you the rest of the details and buy a nice dress. It needs to make you look rich."

You playfully rolled your eyes, "Okay, okay, i will."

Nathan slowly stood from his seat. "I'll see you in two days, Scarlett." You watched as he walked towards the door. He stopped and looked back at you for a second."Please, don't tell Elena. she doesn't need to know about this."

You nodded, but you didn't think it was a good idea. " She's going to find out and i'm not going to help you when she does."

Nathan let out a laugh before shrugging. "She wouldn't understand,"he let out a small sigh. " See you in two days."

"Goodbye, Nathan," You waved goodbye as he exited your apartment before he closed the door behind him.

You shook your head as you slowly stood. Nathan wanted you to go to an auction where hundreds, maybe even ten of hundreds of people will be there and you were not ready for that kind of situation. You took in a deep breath as you headed back into your study. You opened up your journal and went back to work translating the letter.
