When I arrived at the tourney game I was shocked to see Audrey in such a great mood. I was more shocked that Mal pulled me to the side and had me sit with her. The game was fine. We won and Jay did really great. When they asked Jay why'd he'd played so well, he said that he was playing for his friend Evie who had passed away. I feel really bad, I didn't know what pain I was putting Jay through. Him and I were never that close. Then the weirdest thing happened. Ben asked Mal to coronation. 
                          
"Mal can I speak to you a minute." I asked her.
                          
"Sure B, what's up?" She replied.
                          
"What did you do to my brother! He may be clueless sometimes but he never acts like this? Did you spell him?" I drilled her. I know we are supposed to be friends, but she will her Ben and he doesn't deserve that.
                          
"Beth why in the world, would I ask that embarrassment onto myself? Listen when I asked you about Ben, it's because I thought he was cute, not for some evil plan." Mal stated. I didn't believe her, but I pretended I did.
                          
"I'm sorry Mal, it's just, he's my brother and I just wanted to make sure you wouldn't break his heart." I told her. She nodded and knew I'd convinced her. 
                          
"Now I have a bigger problem. Ben asked me out on a date!" She said with her voice low.
                          
"I can handle this." I said with confidence. I spent the rest of the day teaching her how to put on makeup. 6:00 pm when she got up to meet with her friends. Somehow I knew I needed to follow her. She went to the guys room. I put my ear on the door and listened to what they said. Nothing stood out until I heard Harry's voice.
                          
"The blasted princess,  Of course she's on to us! I kissed her to distract her, I think I might be able to ask her to coronation and distract while Mal grabs the wand." Harry said. I was so unbelievably hurt. Then Mal spoke.
                          
" Beth is so ditzy, she'll never notice, if she hadn't looked so much like Evie, I would have tried to find a better "friend". I barged in at this point. They all looked shocked guilty.
                          
"I can't believe I actually fell for this crap, I knew who all you are and yet I remained optimistic! You know Mal, do you wonder why I got your room right? Because we were once best friends! And Harry how do you think I knew you'd want to see the Auradon docks? I knew because I once loved you, but not anymore!" I shouted, I'm on the verge of tears.
                          
"E?" Mal says clearly in pain.
                          
"Princess? But how, Uma killed ye ." Harry said, clearly pained by this revelation.
                          
"You don't deserve to know, you are the worst of them all! I hate you!" I screamed before running off. I loved him so much. I bumped into Jace Frost.
                          
"Beth what happened!" He said and him and I started to talk. He is taking me to coronation Saturday and I'm so happy he is. He is a much better person then Harry ever could be, right?
