I went on a late night jog around and ended up at the Sandlot. I stopped and noticed something in the center of the field. I walk over there and I see a circle of baseball bats catching my eye. I go investigate.
As I get closer I see the bats form a heart and in the middle is a single Rose and 4 baseballs in a circle. I pick up both objects and read the writing on the ball. It reads, "I might strike out asking, but you caught my (drew a heart) so..."
I look for the owner and see all alone at the other side of the field is Yah-Yah holding up a poster that simply reads " Be Mine?"
I run up to him and hug Yah-Yah so tight. "Yes."
Yah-Yah chuckles and hugs me tightly. "I love you Lila."
"I love you too, Alan."Author's Note: I'm sorry that this update was so late. I have been so busy for so long I just kind of quit writing for so long. Again my deepest apologies.
