The gateway to the Underworld was located at the far end of Intoxic Wastelands. Heart and Mind were now travelling for two full weeks. Their feet ached, their backs pained and their souls were growing heavy; To enter the Underworld and actually make it back, one has to give up his soul to the Gatekeeper. If one doesn't return within twenty four hours, the Gatekeeper gets to keep the soul and the traveler will have to settle for an eternal sojourn in Hell. Past the gates, a ride down was provided. Air grew thick, temperatures gone high and fear was unmistakably present. But one thing reassured the duo; They weren't going to face Hades or some other evil God. They were facing a Goddess of Sin. And if they were lucky enough, they would be able to sneak past her and reach her Aespex in time.

Lyssa resided in a castle. However, this castle was extremely special: It fed off the energy of the Underworld, draining the lava from the walls and the floor, creating a chill in the atmosphere. Lyssa, literally froze Hell. The huge structure was made out of pure lightning, untouchable to mortals. Luckily, Heart and Mind were now in a Soul form, or, dead. The two had finally arrived at their destination, but the door wasn't as closed as they thought it would be. The door was wide open, and the castle was deserted. Inside, the place was ice cold. Something strange for a residence of the Underworld. The room they walked in was huge, but it seemed to be the only room in the castle. In front of them was a huge crater, with a a pillar coming out from the center of it. An Aespex, the seventh one.

Suddenly, in an ethereal moment of brisk lightning, appeared Lyssa. She didn't speak, but both Heart and Mind could hear very well inside their heads.

"Don't even bother trying to claim the artifact. It is long gone."
