Once i've closed down the shop, i started to make my way towards the bus stop. It was oddly silent tonight and as usual, i heard the footsteps behind me. I ignore it again and make my way towards the bus stop
                          
Tonight feels, different?
                          
I shook off the thought and pick up my pace, walking faster towards the bus stop. The footsteps started to get closer and my heart started to pound inside my chest. Right before i could reach the bus stop, a hand pulled me towards an alley. A hand was placed over my mouth and my eyes widen

"Mendes! Where are you?"Travis asked through the phone
                          
"My room, why?"I asked
                          
"You're not keeping a watch over her?"He asked and a few voice cursed through his phone
                          
"Not today. Brea told me she bad a day off. Why?"I asked
                          
"What about these snacks we bought?"Daniel's voice said through the phone along with another voices
                          
"Shut up!"He hissed and i rolled my eyes
                          
"Nevermind. Let's go to Brea's house tonight. I really want her chocolate"He said
                          
"Sure, i'll be there"I said, hanging up the phone. I stand up from my seat and change my clothes into a black t-shirt and black jeans. I grab my navy bomber jacket and put on my shoes
                          
I walk towards my bathroom, putting on my perfume and messing with my hair a little. I walk towards the living room and grab my car keys, not forgetting my cigarette. I slip on my jacket and my phone dinged
                          
Unknown number: aren't you watching over her tonight, Shawnie?
                          
I rolled my eyes and locked my phone. I walk out of my apartment and make my way towards the staircase, heading up towards the rooftop for a smoke. After a while, i finally reached the rooftop
                          
I close the door behind me and walk towards the railing. I took out my cigarette and place the stick between my lips. My phone ringed and i groaned, taking it out
                          
"I'll be there in a while, damn it"I said and a laugh that i despised the most ringed my ears
                          
"Got plans, Shawnie?"Her voice said and i took out the stick from my mouth
                          
"You were dead"I spat and she hummed
                          
"And now, i'm back"She said
                          
"What do you want?"I said harshly, putting the cigarette back into the box and slipping it inside my pocket
                          
"I still haven't feed from her. We still haven't got the chance to feed from her"She said, sighing
                          
"Good thing Miranda caught her right before she could get to the bus stop"She said and i clenched my jaw
                          
"You're bluffing"I spat and i can almost feel her smirk through the phone
                          
"Let's see if i'm bluffing or not"She said, hanging up the phone. I clenched my fist and my phone dinged

My eyes widen and i quickly rush down the staircase. I jump down a couple stairs and took out my phone, dialing Travis' number
                          
"Dude, where are you? Your chocolate's getting cold"He said
                          
"Get Brea on the phone"I pant
                          
"Woah, woah, woah, are you—are you having sex?"He whispered loudly
                          
"Get Brea on the fucking phone!"I yelled, walking out of the staircase. I quickly entered my car and drove out of the building towards her workplace
                          
"What?"She asked
                          
"They caught her"I said
                          
"Lilith fucking caught her!"I yelled
                          
"W—what?"She stuttered
                          
"They fucking caught her, damn it! Why is she still alive?"I yelled
                          
"Calm down, tell me where?"She said
                          
"Before the bus stop. There's an alley there. They could've taken her somewhere"I said quickly
                          
"Get to her. I'll be right behind you"She said
                          
"And whatever you do, don't show her your face or it'll—"I cut her off by hanging up the phone, clenching my jaw
