Since I last wrote, I have explored Striaton to try and find Fennel.  Some random guy in his thirties gave me a Great Ball.  Suspicious, I took it the police station for inspection. However, the tests revealed nothing.  A breeder tried to give me a tip, she said that it is hard to train six Pokemon at once, that is why many trainers only train three at a time.  I do not care, I'll train a full team of six eventually.  Oh, and a suspicious looking character gave me a Dusk Ball, I repeated the same proccess as before, with the same result.  Anywho, the whole team has grown to level 14, here, let me use something I saw a kid at the Trainer School use.

While we were training I noticed some things.  Solomon it both brave and wise, the other two respect him.  He makes daring and calculated lunges to land powerful Vine Whip attacks and he can go on with this strategy for quite a while.  Solomon is very clearly the respected team leader.  Joshua, however is somewhat shy and bashful most of the time, but he can also be quick tempered.  I am a bit worried about how unpredictable he is, Gideon has a hard time getting along with Joshua, but Solomon is kind snd tries to understand.  Gideon himself is very calm most of the time, however, he does get angry easier than Solomon.  At the same time, Joshua is clearly the most quick tempered.  Gideon and Solomon are both very collected under pressure though, a very good quality for battling.  However, the pressure gets to Joshua more easily and he might snap, running forward and attacking without thinking.

It is about time I go and face the Striaton Gym.  The Gym has three Leaders, Chili, Cress, and Cilan.  Since I chose Snivy I had to battle Chili.  I lead with Solomon and Chili lead with a Lillipup.  To test the water I called for a Vine Whip and Chili called for a Bite attack.  Both attacks hit successfully.  I then decided just to go all out with Vine Whip, calling for another.  Chili similiarly continued with Bite, Solomon was faster, but not so that he could succesfully evade the attacks.  After the third Vine Whip, Chili healed his Pokemon, and on the sixth Vine Whip the Lillipup fainted.

Chili sent out a Pansear.  Solomon was starting to struggle a bit and was now at a disadvantage, so I was forced to switch in Joshua, who was thankfully safe from attack as Chili called for a Work Up.  I called for Water Gun.  Chili continued to use Work Up, I knew that Pansear was going to hurt Joshua pretty bad if it attacked.  I called for one more Water Gun though, confident it would knock out the Pansear.  Chili called for an Incenerate!  Joshua took the resisted attack easily before he knocked his opponent out cold.  What a battle!

I recieved the Trio Badge!  They also gave me TM83, Work Up, which I immediatly used on Gideon and Joshua, forgetting Leer both Pokemon.  Solomon was unable to lean it, which was fine as his move Growth had the same effect.  Now, time to go meet Fennel.

It turns out Fennel was waiting outside the Gym for me.  Professor Juniper wanted her to give me something.  Turns out Fennel is a friend of Juniper's from college, and she researches the trainer side of the Pokemon-human relationship.  She gave me HM01, Cut.  She also made a request, she wanted me to bring her some Dream Mist from the Dreamyard.  I taught Joshua Cut over Scratch as Cut is more useful.

Bianca stopped me as I was entering the Dreamyard.  Apparently she is looking for a mysterious Pokemon.  Anyway, she decided to tag along with me as we chased a Munna through the area.  Which when then had to save from Team Plasma!  I knew they were no good.  They kicked and abused the Munna!  Me and Bianca had to stop them.  One of the goons tried to take my Pokemon and "Liberate" them.  I crushed her, him?  It's hard to tell with their silly outfits.  Solomon even grew to Lv. 15.  The the other goon tried to take my Pokemon, again, I crushed them.

Then the man from the presentation, Ghetsis I believe, appeared out of thin air, and as more than one person.  He rebuked them and they ran off with their tails between their legs.  Turns out that Ghetsis was just a dream made by a protective Musharna, who left behind some Dream Mist for Fennel.  Who had arrived, being somewhat impatient, then hurried off with the Dream Mist.

However, on my way out I ran into a male Purrloin that looked promising, so I caught him with a Pokeball.  His name is now Abraham.  I then hurried off to Fennel's to see if the Dream Mist was making her invention work.  Her invention did indead work.  Fennel thanked me for my help with a C-Gear to communicate with other trainers.  I then left to continue my journey, although, first I wanted to explore the Dreamyard and train Abraham.

Turns out there was nothing of signifigance in the Dreamyard, it is getting late though.  I should go find a place to sleep.
